We’ve used Gas World for over six years, but were very disappointed by a recent repair. We followed clear advice from their engineers to buy a spare part, only to be told it was wrong, then it turned out to be correct. Despite this, they refused to fit the part because it wasn’t purchased through them. Their responses to our concerns were unfriendly and dismissive, with no ownership of the conflicting advice or confusion caused. Poor handling from a company we once trusted.
From the moment I entered the showroom this has been a fantastic experience. Tiffany was very knowelgable and helpfull and gave me a good deal on a fireplace from the showroom. It was delivered 2 days later and I dont know how but the gate was even bolted from the outside clever.Luke fitted today and he was a charming young man exceptionally tidy and did a fantastic job of removing the old one and fitting the new one even putting the electrics in the right place. He turned up to the second and was truley proffesional.I cannot recommend this company enough in these days of grab your money and run it is refreshing to come across such professional people.David Vowles

We have enjoyed excellent service from Gas World since moving into our new house 5 years ago. We have a Heat Cover Gold Contract which covers an annual boiler service, combi-care cartridge replacement and emergency call-outs. Their engineers, for example Luke who has just completed our annual service and cartridge replacement, have all been skilled, polite professionals. They have always been respectful of our property and cleaned up after completing their work. We have also been grateful for their information and advice. Their offices have been easy to contact by phone or on-line, and their out of hours response has been prompt and efficient, a great relief on the two occasions we have needed to use it. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Gas World Ltd Bristol.
