This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Last year they installed a gas fire for me but as soon as I had paid the bill they ignored every phone call and email that I sent regarding a problem I had, they only got in touch after I posted a negative review on google. In the reply they posted they said they had resolved my problems (that was a lie) and promised me a free service this year to make up for the bad service.When I called this year they said they would get straight back to me and that’s the last I’ve heard from them for over a month, again they’ve ignored telephone calls, messages, emails and social media. I paid thousands for a new gas fire and flue and I have had absolutely no customer service from BFS.I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company based on my experience.
