The pump was fine but due to the base plate having to be retried and a longer lead cable put on and redirecting pipe work we never had issues with the pump before but this one superseded the last one and the moment it was bled through connected it was away

Problem with stock and delivery but excellent customer service and delivered next day.

Great service from initial enquiry to receiving my water pump and accessories

Great choice of pumps at very competitive prices. Delivery took longer than expected but it was to the Highlands, so out with their control.

Everything went smoothly from placing the order to delivery.

Brilliant service. Ordered a tank and filter, both arrived in good time and in good condition. Many thanks

Two separate orders no communication on delivery after two weeks contacted them to be told water tank had been already delivered!!!!! Called enduramax tanks direct and was advised delivery was next day other order took a week and a half to arrive poor /no communication all promises but no follow up I used them because prices were competitive but that was the only good point

Ordered Tuesday 8.30am was sent out Wednesday 4pm scheduled for Thursday between 5-6 , did not get delivered, ran out of time. I had to go to depot Friday morning and pick up as needed for job starting Fri morning. I complained, to Anglian , u said you would get back to me and compensate, but call was never returned

Anglian Pumping Services have very keen competitive prices and I was happy that I got the best price possible for the product that I ordered.However, the pump took nearly 10 days to arrive, having been told 2 to 3 days. Initially I called on a Friday 4 days after my order to be told that the bank holiday had caused delays in despatch.However when it still hadn't arrived by the following Tuesday I called, only to be told it was out of stock! They were hoping that new stock would arrive that day and that they would put my pump on express delivery.The pump did arrive on the Thursday, but when I opened the package it appeared to be the wrong model. I queried this via email requesting that they send the correct model. Following this I received an promt email from the MD explaining that the model I had ordered had been replaced with a new improved model by the manufacturer. All well and good, but a simple email explaining the stock issue and the model update would have helped considerably. They are still offering the original models on their website even as I write this review.Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful but better two way communication would have resulted in 5 stars even with the delay.

Great product made of cast iron so feels solid and very quick delivery. Hopefully get it set up soon. To pump water from an IBC tank into my greenhouse. Would be really helpful if I was given the option to buy the fittings for the pump at purchase as that has proven more tricky than deciding on the pump. I am happy so far

I would like to say big thanks to Anglian pumping services for replacing existing pump with a new one. Pump developed a leak and was under warranty. Richard was very professional from the beginning and managed to get everything sorted out within 24 hours. See more
