Called re a broken window came to look and to my surprise they were able to repair there and then as carried the part on the van polite efficient service have used this company in the past would definitely recommend

We wanted a new composite front door. Andy Payne windows gave us a catalogue with a wide range of choices. We had a fairly long wait but we’re warned of this. Their fitters were very friendly, tidy and polite. Door appears to be very good quality and very secure. Price seemed reasonable. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Andy quoted us and carried out works when our order came through he work was carried out to an exceptional standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending his company. Well done to Andy and his team.

First time - Asked for a quote and never replied Second time - Messaged on facebook for a quote, was given a time and date which he did turn up for. He came and i found him quite rude even though i was trying to chat and make conversation. I put this to the side and thought maybe was having a bad day. He said he would get back to me with a quote...... never heard back. Wasn't even a small job as was asking for 6 large windows and a back door to be replaced Wouldn't recommend

I called Andy about an hour ago, as I snapped a DG handle off my window (with the window in the open position). It's blowing and freezing and my window (and house) was therefore insecure. Andy came and replaced the handle all within 2 hours. It was a small job and a small cost but he still prioritised me. He has been great and he is a knight in shining armour (well...Blue Andy Payne t-shirt anyway...😃). Thank you!
