We had TSG plumber Ross, round today to replace our toilet and bathroom. He has done an exceptional job. Was polite, cleaned up after his work. He communicated well with us to explain what was being done, asked which colour floor tiles we wanted. Can't recommend him enough.Well we tried the bath today, to have a shower, unfortunately found the bath narrower than our old bath, we both feel unsafe standing in the bath
Feel free to use this company if you want to be let down on more than 1,2 or even 3 occasions. Absolutely terrible service. The engineers constantly do not turn up and when you call customer services they give numerous excuses. Be prepared to be let down!
absolute cowboys Dartford borough council are not much better for using this company they only used to do the gas side but now Dartford council use the building side of this company as well never want them in my house again I've been left with no heating in my living room they have broken my range cooker in the past they have chipped my plaster fire placethey have completely destroyed my walls and plaster ceiling rose doing a rewire lots more also shame on you Dartford Borough Council
Received a letter informing me the gas boiler was due for inspection, I called then to explain I had an appointment that day and could I arrange a different date.I phoned the company and a women answered, I explained I was out of town on the date, she replied you can't cancel the appointment because you don't have an appointment. I said I have your letter here, she said angry YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!and that was the end of the phone call.
I've worked for this company and can't believe what a horrible nasty bunch they are ,I hurt myself working for them and only thing they cared about was me signing something to put them in the clear, when I was given no training whatsoever, the guy in charge Bryan is a Wiesel and is such an outdated character ,apart from all that this company cuts corners with really serious stuff ie asbestos, and when there is children in properties the have no regard for safety and wellbeing avoid all this joke of a company at all costs
Tsg came to fit a wetroom the guy that came was friendly but worked very slow and spent most of the day moaning on his phone about other people also taking personal calls throughout the day . The pump and other bits badly fitted and paint was left to peel off . The fan was fitted but didn't work correctly. After a few rude emails from staff member the painted wall was tiled . Other faults in the bathroom were reported but still not complete. The company needs to relise they are doing work for people with a disability who have suffered with not being able to shower for over 14 months and then looked forward to some independence to have a wet room fitted to then put up with cowboy work . The whole experience with tsg was physically and mentally draining
Hate having to write this review in all the years of having TSG workers in my home , Colin ( apparently the lead engineer 🤣)you have to be the most rudest , arrogant obnoxious not just workman but person I have had the misfortune to come into contact with Today you rang me ( although no appointment had been booked ) You’re attitude was diabolical from the minute I politely answered your call , Yeah I’m at your door at the Buzzer, so asking who are you I’m from TSG so I said didn’t know you where coming I’m not home ( at hospital appointment) so I say have you come to replace the expansion valve ( as that was what on the repair note from the last engineer ) He reply’s listen I’m the lead engineer?? and I’ve got £37,000worth of equipment in the van so you ring the office , so I say we’re going round in circles here thank you for your call and end the call , The consultant looked at me and said How rude why did he talk to you like that ( the phone is not on hands free ) so you can imagine how loud he was bellowing Colin maybe retrain in customer service and attitude to customers, especially women , because you sound like the sort of bloke who probably wouldn’t open your mouth to a bloke If you still find yourself struggling how to be a decent member of the workforce , do the public a favour get yourself another job not dealing with the public and stop inflicting yourself on us , you’re Toxic !!! On ringing TSG they couldn’t apologise enough they don’t need to , Usually their workers are helpful, considerate and strive to help with a respectful attitude TSG Colin , does your reputable company a Disservice, Sorry I have had to write this I usually give your company and workers 100% credit , thankfully Colin is the exception rather than the rule
Always get a message and a call before engineers arrive and calling their office is usually ok once through the "press this button for.." redirects you to the right person. Had no probs rearranging servicing. Emergency callouts initiated by the council housing / repairs team seems good (Guildford BC). My fairly regaular servicing engineer seems nice and i feel i can trust him. However, on 2 ocassions of emergency call-out (no hot water or heating) engineer comes, gets the boiler working instantly but line up additional work. My suspicion radar kicks in.Not sure what to make of this yet but recently the guy got it working straight away but there was a dripping pipe directly under the boiler straight after the fix.. guy made me put a container under it to catch the drips (no drips before). i went back a bit later (something niggling in the back of my brain) and noticed later that a plastic connector had been unscrewed causing the drip. It may have been necessary for some reason but the guy didn't say anything about doing that and when i rescrewed it it still worked fine.I'm in the process of questioning this with my local authority.
No heating or hot water still waiting for emergency call out and its been 19 hrs now
If I could give one star I would they was subcontracted through our housing and what can I say not turning up when suppose to told something was getting done this day and didn’t electricians left damage and kept saying will be sorted but hasn’t site manager is rude and entitled spoke down to me and told to stop making a list of things that haven’t been done and to stop contacting them how they are still going as a company I’ll never know Chelmsford based also tiling is a joke so uneven as well the painting
