The whole experience from the initial home visit and quote to start with, then installation with the behind the scenes admin work, all went smoothly and was very professional throughout. The solar panel/battery system looks great and is working well. Thank you for making it a dare I say it enjoyable experience to get the work done, that we are very happy with.

TLGEC did a great job fitting us out with solar panels and storage batteries. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team, from initial consultation & advice, sales through to installation. We’d spoken to a couple of other solar energy firms before but found TLGEC to be much better all round. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Every element of the job from start to finish (and beyond) was carried out with cheerful professionalism. They took time to understand our needs and explained how they could help us. Communication was excellent. Financial side totally transparent. The work was done with the minimum of disruption and by experts who obviously took pride in doing a job well. We have been helped post installation to join up all the dots with energy tariffs and apps so we are now seeing a serious reduction in our energy bills. I have absolute confidence in this company and could not recommend them highly enough.

Oliver spent time discussing various options to add to our existing Powerbank 3 battery. I particularly like the face to face contact and the fact that there is no hard sell. When you are spending a lot of money the decision has to be right.

TLGEC were referred via Tesla for Powerwall 3 supply and installation. Right from the start the approach was professional with clear communication and accurate time lines.A team of 4 handled the installation maintaining a high quality and obvious attention to detail. We had our first power outage today, after an incident locally which necessitated turning off the grid to over 800 houses!Our Powerwall kicked in exactly as designed, and we were powered by battery and solar throughout the power cut, with absolutely no intervention from us. Well done LGEC, your excellent installation continues to prove its worth!
