Increasingly Solar Energy companies disappear soon after completion of installations. This was my experience and an obvious concern was getting another company to help with issues going forward. Ross from Synergy Power Ltd installed our Tesla Powerwall2 battery & Gateway in April 2024 this year. The whole process was efficient & knowledgeable. From initial quote, to site survey, to install & to a small aftercare query nothing was too much trouble for the office staff. The whole order process was taken at our pace & we didn't feel pressured into signing on the dotted line. Synergy Power sorted out all the DNO paperwork. Install was over 2 days as we needed a few adjustments with our electrics. Ross even spotted something that wasn't quite right with another electrical item & offered to put it right for us. Would definitely use Synergy Power again.

High winds had removed and damaged the anti-bird skirt around pv panels. Although first promise of response was not followed through, after I contacted David Todd he organised for the full skirt to be replaced without charge. The work has just been done promptly and quickly.

From signing the contract for the installation of a 16 panel array and SolarEdge inverter, battery and hot water controller to receiving DNO appproval was 12 weeks. The roofing team and electricians were skilled and quickly resolved any issues that cropped up while re-tiling the roof and installing the PV system.To date i am very pleased with the system performance and appearance of the of the roof.I would certainly recommend Synergy Power.
