Sunbright have been brilliant. The installation was simple and very well done. Oliver is always efficient and incredibly helpful.After 2 years everything is still working brilliantly. The equipment has all been faultless and the few issues we have had (such as changing our wifi or needing to change battery charging hours to suit new tariffs) have been sorted by Oliver straight away with no payment required.Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We bought a house that had been empty for 3 years and had a solar system in place. We had no paperwork and no clue where to start. Oliver has talked us through our options, liased with energy providers on our behalf and kept in regular contact with us. This is all without us instructing sunbright energy to carry out any work for us. I can not recommend Oliver highly enough and would not use anyone else

I was always kept informed on every stage of the Solar Panel fitting process. Everyone involved from the Managing Director to the technicians were always very helpful.

Had my solar solution fitted within 2 weeks of order, the process was so solid, with all different trades doing their work. My solars are operational and working well, as a single mom who doesn’t understand using the technical hub that well, the after care is amazing and ongoing support is fab. Oli is always available and ready to respond to any solar query I may have.

Had my solar panels installed 3 year ago , and saved myself thousands pounds. Installation was so smooth and quick . Customers after care is brilliant; any time after installation you can call them and get some supporting information,( ( not as other companies just looking after your money , and don’t wanna know you after payment is done ) ), They keep all customers accounts , I had some issues to login into my account, and Oliver kindly helped me to log back in . Right from the start of our project, Oliver has been most attentive and professional. He certainly has a fantastic knowledge of the solar industry and what is best for each individual customer. Installation was also carried out efficiently and to a high standard. We would certainly recommend Sunbright Energy.

Oliver & his Sunbright team have been fantastic. They installed solar panels, batteries and an inverter in our house last week. Oliver was very informative and responsive during the quote and spec process. His crew did a quality job with the installation. And, now that we have paid in full, Oliver is still there with great after-sales service. We're really impressed!

Priced well. Materials procured to plan. Slightly let down by installers but these are difficult times and small delay. Product great. Resolved one post completion issue really well, another not so well. My only real criticism is that more advice should be given on anticipated performance and what to expect all year round. In the winter months the ROI is low and I have no idea whether I am getting what I should out of the system or if it is optimised. 4 stars is better than average though.See more
