Npes Solar

NPES installed a PV array, inverter and battery system for us. The quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent on what was an awkward install (3 strings on 3 different roofs). Their advice was honest and never 'pushy'. Infact they advised us against certain aspects of our installation even though it will have made them money. I never like spending money, but if you want a professional install with great support and advice, it's worth paying a bit extra. We would not hesitate to recommend this company or indeed use them in the future for any extentions to our Solar generation plant.

From start to finish the whole team at NPES have been fantastic. Starting from being exceedingly patient looking into, and pricing, a number of different solutions at quotation stage - which became more complicated based on DNO limitations - and answering the inevitable follow on questions, providing advice that made me feel confident in the finalised solution selected. At all points very happy to listen to our requirements/aims. I was impressed at the flexibility of product ranges that NPES would consider/investigate.Installation was booked promptly following quote acceptance. The in house installation team were very thorough, tidy and methodical as well as friendly & polite. Very happy and confident in the quality of the install. Given the complexities of the install there were a couple of (to be expected) queries or niggles to be sorted out on commissioning. These were handled promptly and professionally to get the system running as intended. It's just a shame that the summer weather seems to have disappeared - but already seeing promising performance from the system.

From start to finish the experience has been at a high level. From the advice of the correct system to fit, to the scaffolding team then to the team fitting the panels and batteries, it was easy it was very good value and I am up in running with Solar..

I contacted this local company after having a quote from a huge UK seller and being concerned by their figures and pricing. The advice they gave me was in stark contrast to the previous company but they took time to walk me through their proposal and answer all of my questions, even sharing with me examples from other houses they had installed systems in. I then took a third quotation which again offered a different proposal. NPES challenged that proposal and suggested I challenge the company. When I did this, the third company admitted they were wrong. This gave me total confidence in NPES. When it came to installation the team were friendly, neat and tidy and happy to answer all of my questions. I have also followed up since installation and they remain available and helpful. In today's world this has been a refreshingly excellent experience!

From start to finish Gary and the team were brilliant, imparted knowledge in a way that wasn't patronising as opposed to other companies I had dealings with, they designed and implemented a solution which was the most cost effective I couldn't recommend them more.

I have used NPES before. SO when I wanted to add to my battery storage they were my first call. The battery is now fitted and working.

Professional and reliable experience from start to finish. After care to sort a few niggles out are delt with on the day. Fully recommend NPES Solar.

I cannot believe how good this company is. Very helpful and responds to enquires extremely quickly which I really appreciated. The installation of solar panels and Tesla Power Wall battery was done to a high standard using good quality materials. Installers were willing to take time to explain how the system operates.Very Pleased

The installers arrived promptly to start the job. They were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to overcome an unforeseen difficulty. They remained on site while the batteries were commissioned and when they left they ensured that we knew who to contact should we encounter any problems.

A great experience from outset to completion - responsive, diligent, guiding, competitively priced - and delivered a fabulous system quickly.The whole team are great to work with - totally recommended!

Had a solar and battery system fitted to my property in July 23 after months of research and couldn't be happier with what NPES Solar have provided. Gary was really helpful in giving advice on the system I required to fit my needs and the different equipment being used too.The workers who visited the house were polite, friendly and helpful in showing me what was going on. I had to leave the house one day and leave them there and they even hoovered up before locking up and leaving. The electricians were particularly good and helped to set up the app and got me running with it too. The aftercare so far has been speedy too in providing the handover packs and certificates needed to get me on the right tariff. I'm confident they'll be available to help me with any faults that could arise in the future too. I will 100% recommend these to my friends and family without any referral payment gimmicks required.

From planning to installation we were kept updated on all aspects of the schedule.The actual installation was carried out when we were told. The two electrical engineers worked very hard in difficulty weather conditions and when finished cleaned up everywhere they had worked. Finally once finished they spent time to go through the installation explaining how things worked. How to use the apps. So Gary, Matt and Dan. You are a Great team a lovely company to deal with. I would recommend you to anyone as the number1 in your field.We had got quotes from 4 companies. You stood head and shoulders above the rest and you were not the cheapest. But definitely the best.

From initial contact right through to the system handover, I can't fault NPES Solar. Having had a bad experience with a previous company, NPES did everything they could to reassure me that their installation would run smoothly - and it did! They weren't the cheapest quote that I had, but I feel that I had good value for money. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

I am very impressed with NPES Solar having had panels and battery storage fitted this month. The whole experience was good from the initial quote, the survey, fitting and instant response to queries. The system performance is also exceeding expectations. I recommend this company 100%

We had an emergency situation where our existing panels were damaged in a recent storm. NPES came out quickly to secure the panels and were then able to reinstall them on a flat roof. The original incident had occurred due to another company not securing the panels appropriately. NPES were able to provide a written support which helped me make a successful claim for the work too.
