Senergy Direct

We decided to cancel our contract with Senergy 24 hours after signing. We received 4 calls from staff at Senergy telling us we did not need to cancel our contract although we told them we had sent the cancellation form on the 15 April 2025. We considered this to be harassment. After 6 weeks we went to our bank as they had not paid our deposit of £1,000.m back to us.

The engineers were very experienced in what they had to do, they were very helpful and friendly highly recommendable

Everyone that I had contact with were helpful, polite, arrived when they said they would arrive; this all applies to the HQ staff too except that I didn't meet them. The job was carried out to the quoted price, efficiently and in the time I was expecting and the house was left clean and tidy.

Everything went well until I went into the loft after the engineer had left and found things had been moved around with no room for me to get up. So don't let anyone go until you have checked the loft.

At last a company that is honest, and not trying to rip you off like so many on the Solar Energy trade.Friendly engineers that know their job.

Very fast service, Simon the fitter was very informative as to what he was doing, we had the option of putting the battery in the attic, or a downstairs cupboard. The attic option would have meant running a cable through the house. We chose to have it fitted in the cupboard. Very clean and efficient. Explained how to use the information on the phone. System up and running within 2 hours.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good service and helpful service from the staff.

The sales system was good, but the installation needed 2 attempts to get the system working. The first team did not appear to know how to do it. The second team was very professional and got it working. Neither cleaned the panels as suggested. Their remains a second part of the job to completed. Contact is good and speedy.

Despite the best efforts of the field staff the installation was not completed on the first day due to 1) late arrival during the day due to work load 2) the cables supplied were too short despite advising the sales team of what was needed 3) as the field engineer was not carrying any spare cable and connectors and it was too late in the day to visit a local wholesalers the installation was completed successfully two days later 4) field teams should carry sufficient spares to deal with any installation issues they find and it is down to the installation management to ensure that the teams are properly equipped 5) after a number of difficult non joined up calls with the Directors on the first day, which should not have been necessary, they eventually agreed to install how we expected 6) both field installers were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and did a good quality job.
