Our installation was done nearly three years ago and it is working well and as expected. Had an extra battery installed to make better use of overnight electric tariff and that was integrated into our system.

I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by Save Energy UK in relation to the solar installation on my property. All aspects of the installation have been carried out in a professional, friendly and helpful manner from the whole team; all my queries were answered promptly and with reassurance.Angie Bray handled the coordination of events and necessary paperwork, before and after the installation, politely and professionally. Jai Glen carried out the Technical Survey, answering my queries and discussing options reassuringly. On the day, the teams worked in a professional and competent way. Joe carried out the electrical installation carefully and tidily, explaining the reasons at every stage. Stuart handled the panel installation with care and expertise; it all looks good. Thanks to you both, and your team, it was a pleasure having you working on my property and you left it clean and tidy. Great company - I felt I could trust their advice knowing how much experience they have in this industry and also appreciated how carefully they listened to what we wanted and for example took care to fit in with our working schedule as we work from home and so couldn't have them there at certain times. We were also going through a bereavement and they were sensitive to giving us space to make decisions in our own time rather than bombarding us with phonecalls and emails.

An excellent service all round. Everyone turned up when they said they would and did a great job. Everything has been working really well ever since.

Save Energy were very helpful and flexible in designing a system which suited my needs. Installation was neat and tidy and the people doing the work were helpful. Having used the system (PV + battery storage) for over 3 months now, it has exceeded my expectations, so 5 stars.

Save Energy stand out from the get-go. No pushy salesmen phoning every 5 minutes trying to close the deal.....the team were very courteous and polite from day one and waited for us to decide if solar was for us, rather than continuously calling trying to persuade us like many other firms we spoke to. The team helped answer our many questions, even before committing to signing up with them. We were invited to the depot to see the panels, inverters and batteries they have on display. When it came to signing up, grey were extremely professional and the install took place without a hitch. Post-sales support has been excellent, helping us set up the app and answering questions on import/export settings while we find our feet. You won't be disappointed using Save Energy.
