A big thank you to all the team at Infinity Renewables for all their hard work and professionalism in getting our solar panels project scoped, planned and delivered to a very tight deadline. The whole process went seamlessly, they responded to any questions immediately, the whole team were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Paul who worked on scoping our project and making sure it met all our requirements. Special thanks also to Brad, Zak and Adam - the onsite team - who were professional and worked very hard to get the panels installed on time (42 panels in all!). The quality of their work was excellent and the panels look fantastic.

After a nightmare with another installer we were absolutely delighted to have been recommended infinity renewables. The team was polite, honest and considerate throughout and were able to progress us from initial contract though survey and installation in just a few weeks. They have done an amazing job and we're very grateful for their expertise.

Purchased our solar panels through the Hampshire solar together scheme. Initially there was another supplier which we were waiting on for months until eventually they were switched out for Infinity Renewables. Within a couple weeks we'd had an engineer visit and solar panels fitted and hooked up. We got a better deal and Zak and Brad were brilliant. Infinities communication, customer service and work they've delivered has been spot on.

I tried a number of installers and wasn’t confident due to aggressive sales pitches and repeated pestering. But went with Infinity via a Hampshire Solar Together scheme as their survey was great. Didn’t try to upsell and was frank and honest. They met their timeline and did what they promised. The installation team were professional, competent and very helpful.

We should have been given more info at the initial survey1.Not all electricity companies allow you to export.Ours didn’t so it meant changing suppliers2.We have two meters .The solar could only be used on one of the meters.3.We should have been told that we may have required a 3 phase supply.4 Infinity supplied Scottish Power with the wrong meter numbers which has cause issues Hopefully now fixed5.The cables form garage to house were not at the correct depth and had to be dug again.

Be extremely careful with their sales team as they will hide what inverter they will install as they want to palm off the cheapest one they can. They installed an inverter, 3.6kW, below 70% of the potential systems 5.2kW, generation meaning it will never work anywhere near its full potential. The inverter was not discussed at any point, when contacted, the technical team lied about the reason the sub standard one was installed. They would only improve the system for a significant additional cost. If I had purchased one additional panel to begin with, I would have been given the correct inverter and it would have cost only £210 more. At no point in the paperwork is the inverter cost or specification explicitly stated. With hindsight this is a massive red flag. They claim that if their system does not deliver as promised they will refund the difference, this has yet to be seen.

I have had two experiences of the Infinity team. James, Josh and Craig came a couple of weeks ago. They couldn’t finish the job, not through a fault of theirs. All three worked extremely hard, were very polite and tidy. Craig on the roof with James on electricals. Josh ran the team v well. Josh came back today to finish the job with a cherry picker. The whole team including another Josh(!) in the roof this time were super efficient again, working very hard, tidying up after themselves and communicating very well. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and attitude. They really wanted to do a good job and to please. I really hope their business does well. Many thanks Charlie.

From the first conversation, through to survey, installation and help today resolving a technical issue beyond my own ability, Infinity has demonstrated commitment to service excellence which is so often absent nowadays. Impossible to fault, thank you everyone.

Infinity Renewables fitted our solar panels and did a great job. They were very efficient, clear in all communications and helpful in our decision making. Their post completion customer service and support is also amazing. When the pigeon netting needed fixing as it had come unattached and a pigeon had tried to nest under our solar panels, the customer service agent was super helpful, they organised the scaffolders to come back out and a fantastic workman by the name of Zak to come fix the netting within 3 weeks. Zak was so friendly and incredibly helpful - a real asset to the team from Infinity Renewables. I would highly recommend this company for solar panels installation work.

Excellent professional and quality service from start to finish. I am very pleased with the way the contract was handled efficiently throughout. The quality of the installation is excellent. I thought the process from install to to setup and working went smoothly, I have had good feedback when changing setup slightly.I am loving the savings on my electric with last months bill 97pence overall. I have recommended you to several people and my sister-in-law in Beltinge has just applied for them and car charger. I have been seeing a lot more people in the surrounding area having them installed, it’s an absolutely fantastic idea and I will be reaping the benefits for many years to come, thank you.

The installation went well there was a couple of slates dislodged but the overall install was good. I have bit of problem with the monitoring I changed my WiFi hub and have failed to fix it following the instructions provided.

Alex James and Tyler arrived on time as expected. They were very polite and friendly, did an excellent job with little disturbance for us, cleaned and tidied afterwards, caused no damage. They explained fully how the system worked at the end.Well done! I would highly recommend Infinity for their professionalism and efficiency.

If you get employees to call and check if customers are interested in solar panels at least train them on how to say hello bye instead of putting the phone down as someone just did. I might not be ready now but if you show some manners and good customer service I might be get in touch when I am ready

Recently had a battery storage system installed alongside our existing solar panels. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and supportive staff in the office, really impressed with the flexibility provided for the installation dates. On the day of installation our engineer was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Definitely a 5 star service. Highly recommend to anybody considering any form of installation.
