I recently had my old gas boiler removed and replaced with an air source heat pump by Pure Renewables, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.The consultation process was thorough — they took the time to explain how the system works, what would be involved in the installation, and the benefits I could expect. On installation day, the engineers arrived on time, worked neatly, and completed the job within the estimated schedule. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.Since switching to the air source heat pump, my heating has been consistent and efficient. It’s reassuring to know that I’ve moved to a more sustainable solution, and I’ve already noticed a difference in energy usage.Overall, I’d highly recommend Pure Renewables to anyone considering renewable heating solutions. Highly recommended - did a great job fitting solar panels and battery on our house. Visited a couple of times in advance to discuss options and questions we had, then very flexible on fitting in the job to work with our roofer. April 2025 battery/inverter install (they had previously installed solar PV in 2012). Competive £ and higher quality kit than alternatives. Really helpful in advising what was needed and on installation options. Work completed quickly with no issues. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Chris and his team did an excellent job of fitting our new Stiebel Eltron Air Source Heat Pump in our new home. The guys were charming, efficient and tidy workers and completed the job with minimal disruption. It's our second heat pump installation by Pure Renwables who had fitted a ground source heat pump in our previous home 10 years ago. Repeat business is the best flattery I can give. Following my recent work from Pure Renewables, we had a quote for a heat pump. we received a detailed quotation outlining all the work involved. 3 new radiators, a new hot water tank, removal of the Gas boiler. we agreed a start date and off we went. the staff were super efficient always keeping me informed with the progress & leaving the house tidy as they left. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of taking advantage of the Government scheme. The only real shame is we now have to wait until the autumn to fully feel the saving benefits.

Pure Renewables were consulted about removing an old solar heating system and replacing it with a solar PV system. They visited, gave advice and put together an appropriate package. The workmen were both cheerful and efficient. Minor glitches were sorted out. Both the office and those people visiting us were helpful. We recommend them.

Overall I am fully satisfied with the installation of the air source heat pump and it's working really well now! Normally the team were very helpful. Unfortunately there was a 2.5 week delay before the system functioned properly during a very cold period in November, which was upsetting. This was eventually rectified quickly after I threatened to complain. It is a shame this happened as I think this organisation and it's staff/installers have been very good and thorough with the work they do otherwise.

We engaged Pure Renwables to install a 23Kw battery to reduce our day to day running costs and to act as a back up during power cuts. They quickly understood our needs, provided a specification and quotation.when engaged they turned up when they said they would, installed the equipment promptly, cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to us it. Excellent service.
