Pure Energy

I've recently used Pure Energy to upgrade my 10-year old Solar PV system to the latest tech. Throughout the entire experience they have been fantastic and a joy to deal with. Craig Gentleman was the most honest and down to earth sales person I've ever encountered. Patiently described all the various options to me in detail and was always available at the end of the phone if I had a question. Paige & Louise in the office always did exactly what they promised, quickly and efficiently. And Luke the engineer was fantastic. Got on with the job in hand when he arrived to my house without any fuss and even tidied up after himself when finished! I had a minor issue a day or two after the install (that's life!) but the speed and energy the above team applied to identify a solution and implementing it in record speed was breath-taking. The only downside to using Pure Energy to upgrade your existing system? I'm now completely addicted to monitoring the Solar Edge app to see how much electricity we're generating and using as the information is at your fingertips and so easy to understand.Great product, great company, amazing people. Highly recommended!

Never heard of this company until this evening,,The Fraud team from my bank called to let me know that this company tried to take money from my account and have cancelled my account, . Now I have to wait for a New bank to arrive,,Very angry about this,but also grateful that the Fraud team acted quickly and my pennies are still safe

Taken on as a turbine engineer, lied to from the start, 5 MDs, 1 engineer, useless HR.Treated my DBS check with no confidentiality, then decided my check was no good enough, yet it was the same Check from a previous company who had no problems with the check.Management lies, my "line manager" lied.The worst experience in my career.

This is an extremely dishonest company that mis-sold me two unnecessary solar panels which were never installed. I have the sales invoice and emails from the manager, Harry O'Connell, confirming the mistake and promising to refund me, but despite endless chasing they still haven't done it. I am now having to pursue this through the courts. Disgraceful service, total dishonest. DO NOT USE THEM.

Further to my last review, have been chasing Pure Energy over my warranty claim. Have now been informed that they ceased trading in November shortly after taking my batteries away and charging me £180 for them to be tested at their premises. I have now had to resort to the receivers to try and get the batteries back.

I wrote earlier about the dreadful experinecs with pure.energy, the batteries installed in 2022 which worked ok for four and a half months until they needed some bought-in power, and haven't worked since - with two years of promising to come, and someone coming three months later, and taking the batteries back to re-charge, and more months, years in fact without a working system for which I paid over £12,000. They sent me a new inverter for them in June, which is still waiting for them to fit, and it's virtually November now. The One star is for the solar inverter they replaced for me, which is still working, but that wasn't worth £12,000 and they have all my batteries in case they happen to have them on board if they are over in this way - and I'm in the middle of the country not at some out of the way remote place.

Getting fed up with calls from this company claiming to help me out with my solar system. They ask questions like "are you receiving your FIT payments?" Of course we are, that's the main reason for having the system! Wish they'd stop calling. Every single call on our house phone is about our solar system. Argh!

Asked for a quote three weeks ago. Promised one within a few days. despite chasing twice by email I have never received it (although got email back from a lady assume in admin a week ago saying she would chase a sales manager).

From consultation to installation I was kept informed throughout. I have spoken to various members of the team who were all very helpful. Particular thanks to Michael for his time in the first consultation at my home and to Louise who was in regular contact before during and after the install. I am grateful for her time in the follow up call she made a few weeks after the installation where she answered my questions regarding the app amongst other things.I would very much recommend Pure Energy and i am very happy with my system

I have just had a hot water system installed by Pure energy. I am very pleased with the whole experience. We had an initial meeting to discuss the product and then the engineers arrived a few days later to install it. All the team were friendly and professional and answered my questions appropriately. So far the system works well so I am very pleased.
