Having shopped around for solar energy quotes I eventually settled on using Lee and his team.And I am so pleased I did, not pushy at all, full of knowledgeable advice, which saved me money and gave me real peace of mind, explained that some of the things others were quoting for were unnecessary ( later confirmed on the internet). Everything was completed on the day by Lee, Matt and their other colleague in a smooth and seamless installation. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of solar to give this company a call first.

Right from the intial survey Lee was professional, knowlegable and helpful. On the day of installation the team worked like a well oiled machine and just got on with the job in hand. Excellent communication and swift response to any questions. These guys fitted my panels originally and I asked them back to fit anti pigeon deterrents. The team is professional, polite and made an excellent, neatly fitted galvanised surround around the panels. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality job.

I made an enquiry via Bark, a few hours later I received a call from Lee who owns the company. He talked me through the issue I had with pigeon’s nesting under and around the solar panels.I sent him over some images that the previous company had sent as they couldn’t complete the works. He was able to confidently advise there and then that it would be a straight forward job to fit the mesh required around the outer edges.He was able to slot me in super quick to suit mine and tenants needs. It's two years since I had my solar panels installed and I'm very happy with them. However I had a problem today (someone knocked the cables) - I phoned Lee and he talked me through it and sorted it. He's a genius. I'd recommend them whole heartedly.

We had the solar panels installed - were given the right information as to what we needed to have installed as per new build requirements. Highly professional. Cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the installation from this companyMy husband says they did a very neat job.Their quote was very reasonable and from the outset Lee has been very easy to reach . The installation itself caused no disruption Lee ,Olly and the other guys were friendly ,explaining everything they were doing as they went along.We had one small hitch in that one of the batteries had software incompatible with the other and at that point I thought this isn’t happening today, but having disappeared to get a correct battery, within45 minutes they were back and it was all up and running .We have been lucky with the winter sun to give the system a good test and have been pleasantly surprised that with 8 panels the batteries charged up to 96% on one of the sunny days. I was so nervous about which company to get for this installation as I didn’t know anyone who could make a personal recommendation but I am very happy I went with my gut feeling after talking to Lee that I should go with them. Lee almost always answers his phone and was very helpful and reassuring in the early stages, so always being able to contact the company both before and after the install is one of the biggest plus points for me.Myhusband had totally given up on getting this done as another company had said we only had roof space for 2 panels, but when Lee actually went up n the roof and measured it my husband came more on board.I have found obtaining all the certification we needed rather daunting but I am finally in possession of MCS,G98.ELECSA,NICEIC,PES guarantee,Hybrid inverter guarantee, batteries guarantee and finally iwa.biz independent warranty .I had to keep asking Lee about all this but he has always been happy to help.So thank you so much Professional Energy Solutions. Lee and the team were incredibly friendly, polite and efficient. They had 14 panels, inverters and batteries up and working within 5 hours. They took the time to explain to me what was going on and how it worked. Would definitely recommend.

Painless from beginning to end. Everything was explained by Lee and installed exactly as he described. There was no forceful sale, just explanation.
