I opened the trust pilot account just to leave this review same as I'm left on Google reviews...never used them but their van on the road around ealing and they drive rudely aggressively highly unprofessional company if I based their service just on their driving I would never use them just seeing how rude horrible and aggressively they drive no just to me I'm following behind the Van and I've seen them drive badly in relation to several cars

Had my solar system installed by Professional Energy Solutions and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. They fitted a 16-panel, 6 kW hybrid setup with an EP12 Fox ESS battery, and it’s been working flawlessly from day one. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Really impressed with the whole experience from start to finish.

I recently had to change some panels due to damage. The company were incredibly helpful sorting out what I needed. Also helped me with an issue with my battery. Always keen to help and find a solution, particularly good as my initial installation was over 3 years ago . I see from many blog posts that it’s frustrating that most companies are long gone . I definitely recommend this company.

Having shopped around for solar energy quotes I eventually settled on using Lee and his team.And I am so pleased I did, not pushy at all, full of knowledgeable advice, which saved me money and gave me real peace of mind, explained that some of the things others were quoting for were unnecessary ( later confirmed on the internet). Everything was completed on the day by Lee, Matt and their other colleague in a smooth and seamless installation. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of solar to give this company a call first.

Right from the intial survey Lee was professional, knowlegable and helpful. On the day of installation the team worked like a well oiled machine and just got on with the job in hand. They even cleared up all their mess and took it with them! We'd 100% recommend Professional Energy Solutions if you're considering solar panels.

Excellent communication and swift response to any questions. These guys fitted my panels originally and I asked them back to fit anti pigeon deterrents. The team is professional, polite and made an excellent, neatly fitted galvanised surround around the panels. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality job.
