PNG came to my rescue when I was let down by the installer of my Solar panels.They promptly repaired the system and assisted me with getting reimbursed by the supplier.These guy’s supported me when I needed it and provided an excellent service. I shall certainly use them again in the future.
Started with a thorough survey and a discussion about what we wanted and how it could be done with some suggestions that nobody else made . We accepted the quotation and the installation was carried out about 5 weeks later over three days.The installation crew were exceptional; clearly knew what they were doing and did it well! The installation has been commissioned but we have not been left without access to help and advice.Communication throughout the process was exceptionally good and remains so after PNG have completed their part of the contract. They have provided advice and answered all our questions and, I believe, will do so as long as we need support. If you are looking to install a solar power system in East Anglia then PNG should be on your list of companies to approach
