This company is the absolute best! Great service, all the guys are hardworking and polite, they do an excellent job and I have nothing but praise for them. They certainly have good old fashioned values that are so lacking in business these days. I have my annual boiler service carried out by them and today I had a new soft toilet seat fitted which they had sourced for me. They also today sourced a new shower hose for me.

Just had our bathroom converted to a wet room by Nick of Plectrumb. What a fantastic job he did. The workmanship is outstanding. Very respectful of property and always on time. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely call on him again in the future. Certainly a very good and reliable local company to deal with.

The quite demanding work I required was started within days of requesting it and it was done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. All members of the team were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

Update: boiler failed soon after this resolution, and after trying to contact the company by text, email and phone- they did not get back to me . This lack of any communication lost me significant time in pursuing alternative solutions Great service, on time, very efficient. A very honest appraisal of our issue and solved the problem without huge expense.

Nick came out quickly, at short notice, and diagnosed the fault. He got my boiler working again on the first visit with a quick temporary fix, so I could use the heating and hot water. He ordered the part straight away and returned to fit it, at a convenient time. He was polite, friendly and efficient throughout the process. Would thoroughly recommend Plectrumb.
