Our solar panels have been in place for 13 years without any maintenance and we felt that for peace of mind we should rectify this and we contacted NPES Solar. Matt attended today and carried out a full inspection of the inverter and the panels, he was punctual, friendly and thorough. He reassured us that everything was in order and provided us with paperwork detailing the checks he has carried out and informed us that we would not need another service for 5 years. We thoroughly recommend this company for anybody wanting installation or maintenance of solar panels from a trusted and reliable company.
From start to finish NPES were professional, polite and kept us updated during the process. In addition communication was effective and timely. Excellent service all round!
Fantastic company that delivered exactly what was needed for a solar installation. I had used another company on a previous premises which was good this this NPES solar were more superior.Would recommend, and we opted for ground mounted panels as the property is listed in a conservation area.
NPES installed our solar panel system in April 2025. It has taken me some time to get to know the system and how to work it efficiently. During this period I have contacted Jon and Gary on numerous occasions to ask those questions which I was probably instructed on at the time of installation. The solar panel output had dropped significantly, for no apparent reason and with no fault indicated. NPES quickly sent an engineer, who diagnosed a problem with the inverter. They liaised with the supplier and obtained and fitted a new inverter within days - working fine now. Very professional, polite - now my 'go-to' solar engineers. Highly recommended!
