I can highly recommend the professional and helpful service provided by Lee L. Arrived on time, polite and with necessary tools. Carried out a full annual service more thoroughly than I’ve seen any other biomass engineer do. Demonstrated a high degree of knowledge on the equipment and worked through troubleshooting and rectifying a problem not seen before. Took the time to explain what he was doing when asked and would not leave site until he was sure system was operating correctly. Hang on to him as he’s a credit to Myriad!

Lee went out of his way to help me with a predicament. He answered the phone on Sunday which I certainly didn't expect. He posted a part which arrived next day, enabling me to continue working I cannot thank / recommended him highly enough.He is a credit to the company.Thank you!

Myriad are quick to help when I need them and efficient at getting things done. Engineers are polite, knowledgeable and leave the site tidy. Steve Brooks is my go to person for help and guidance, he is particularly good at talking me through processes over the phone to ensure small fixes can be done by myself. He knows the machines inside out, invaluable knowledge.

We have biomass boiler installed for about 10 years.Steve at Myriad has been exceptional in providing exceptional client service both on visits and over phone. Prompt, good communication and caring.Myriad as a firm lacks Steve’s client care / customer oriented attitude. Need to focus more on training engineers rather than how to charge eye watering amounts to their regular customers every time they have a boiler breakdown.

My 5 star review of Myriad is entirely down to Steve Brookes. He is absolutely fantastic. He is a first class engineer, but more than that he’s a really nice guy, helpful and responsive. He’s taught me so much about my boiler that I can now often deal with problems myself with his advice down the phone. He’s thorough, follows the evidence and is only happy when he knows the problem is solved. Also his services of our boiler are always so good, he keeps the machine in good nick and helps prevent problems from occurring Myriad are very lucky to have such an excellent engineer, and please do everything in your power to keep him. I will certainly remain a Myriad customer for as long as Steve is working there

The first 5 years of owning biomass boilers were painful. And then I met Steve Brookes of Myriad. I have 100% trust in Steve who is a brilliant and practical engineer and I will only deal with him. He always answers my calls and most of the time can find a solution for me over the phone. Most recently, he even helped out whilst on holiday in Egypt!

Steve has been brilliant over the last ten years. He is quick to come out when needed or to talk me through what needs doing over the telephone. He is reliable, helpful and always seems to have the solution. He has serviced and maintained our boiler throughout and is always upbeat and nothing is too much trouble.

My oldest boiler is now 19 years old and so is feeling it's age. Last year Myriad told me the fan, which had died, was obsolete and couldn't be replaced, but I found a new one the same day and it was delivered the following day and we have been running the boiler since. This year a new engineer came to carry out the service. What a breath of fresh air! Helpful, informative with a "can-do" attitude. We still have some of the functions on the boiler which need dedicated repairs, but the boiler is running as well as it was when it was new. Thank you Lee Lancaster!See more
