Moixa has always been great. They contacted me one day to replace th ebattery completely out of warranty, i did not even notice it was required..recently they contacted me that my battery was offline so it shows the monitoring & support provided - I boughjt the battery more than 5 years ago

Prompt and intelligent responses to guide me through troubleshooting. Which did eventually require an engineer visit. But even that was quick and the issue was resolved toy great satisfaction!
Customer relations although friendly have failed to respond within 25 working days of reporting problems of a failure of communications with our smart battery. An engineers visit has still not been arranged and no alternatives have been offered as the smart battery unit is no longer available. The original cost of the smart battery and solar panels have not been recovered.
We purchased the battery 6 years ago. It is still under warranty. It stopped working at the end of January, and we waited until April for an engineer. Unable to fix it, Lunar Energy (the 'trading as' of Moixa after a merger) have told us they no longer support that model and have offered to decommission it. The unit cost over £3000 and has so far saved less than 25% of it's initial cost. Very dissatisfied overall.
We've been waiting since the end of January for an engineer to look at our battery, which suddenly stopped working. As well as not having a battery we have lost access to all of our household data - it is all routed through the battery. I've had no unprompted contact from support.Update:A few days after leaving this review Moixa got in touch to apologise and to arrange a priority visit by an engineer. This took place just over a week later and the battery was quickly fixed - a replacement SD card. Moixa have also offered compensation for the loss of savings during the period the battery wasn't working. Everything is working fine now and I'm satisfied - only the original delay is reducing the rating
Absolutely first class service from this company. They have continued to monitor my battery since install and recently contacted to say they noticed a fault. Engineer sent who replaced the components.Can highly recommend!
Very helpful and patient to help me move from Tp-link to Wi-fi connection for my Moixa battery. Time taken was not a problem.

When my solar system stopped charging my battery I called the supplier of the inverter and was told to wait 5 days until after Xmas!The next day Moixa called to say they had noticed a fault and suggested a solution which led me to a fix.Top marks Moixa!

I believe this installation was not easy, but Andy displayed a lot of dedication and determination to get the new battery working. A long day but a successful one and I am very pleased with the result.
The engineer who fitted my replacement Moixa solar battery was outstanding. He turned up on time, worked efficiently, tidily and cleaned up really well at the end. He checked that everything was working correctly, explained how it all worked and what to do if any problems arose. Full marks and I couldn't recommend him and the whole process more highly.See more
We have a very early PV system so generating a good return as HM Gov wanted, on an expensive new technology.The suitability of a battery to extend the FIT payments is under review with the support team now .Great support.Get the biggest battery you can to take the maximum daily output. You 'win' most by minimising electric consumption. Use output on site, not via the grid.See more
