The engineer did come out on the day, but wasn't very helpful, we had trouble with our Baxi Duo-tec Combi Boiler coming on without turning the taps being turned on and reaching temperatures of about 80°, the TS715 Si electronic single channel time switch went haywire, the clock was flicking all over the place.Engineer come out turned 1 of the dials down and said temperature is ok know even though it still goes up high.

Steve was nice, he came in checked my meter & boiler chatted a bit & then left. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable atall.

Micheal was a lovely lad very friendly .. did the repair on my boiler super quick too!

Mike made sure to talk through everything he was doing including other engineres attending property. what i needed to be doing once instalation was finnished. If anything needed doing to make his job easier he asked or offered. He was happy poilite and even willingly interacted with my youngest who was very interested in what was going on.

Engineer left gas test cap open whilst he went to the toilet for over 10 mins was checked done and out including toilet use in less than 20 minutes

The guy turned up, he was friendly and professional throughout his visit. He got to work, checked the boiler, sorted out any issues and he was gone.
