The engineer did come out on the day, but wasn't very helpful, we had trouble with our Baxi Duo-tec Combi Boiler coming on without turning the taps being turned on and reaching temperatures of about 80°, the TS715 Si electronic single channel time switch went haywire, the clock was flicking all over the place.Engineer come out turned 1 of the dials down and said temperature is ok know even though it still goes up high.

on time! pleasent young lads got the job done quickly and effeciently 11

Steve was nice, he came in checked my meter & boiler chatted a bit & then left. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable atall.

Micheal was a lovely lad very friendly .. did the repair on my boiler super quick too!

Mike made sure to talk through everything he was doing including other engineres attending property. what i needed to be doing once instalation was finnished. If anything needed doing to make his job easier he asked or offered. He was happy poilite and even willingly interacted with my youngest who was very interested in what was going on.

Engineer left gas test cap open whilst he went to the toilet for over 10 mins was checked done and out including toilet use in less than 20 minutes

The guy turned up, he was friendly and professional throughout his visit. He got to work, checked the boiler, sorted out any issues and he was gone.

Very professional service, Ellis was very well presented and polite.

A helpful,friendly,punctual,and very respectful person who did his job very well and quickly.

Very friendly, checked everything and told you what was being done, found a fault with one of pipes on the boiler and said they would report it to the council

Came did exactly what they meant to checked everything over very polite very efficient no complaints whatsoever 

A young man called Ben came to my elderly and vulnerable friend's house yesterday at short notice because she had no hot water or heating. He was hard working and courteous and pulled out all the stops to complete the job. He explained what had happened and what was needed and replaced the part quickly.All is now well. Very pleased. Yesterday I had my gas boiler serviced by a lovely young man called Jake, he was really helpful and answered all my questions and did a great job, he went out to explain about servicing and your excellent care of said gas boiler, so thank you for excellent customer service and Jake putting up with me,Thank you.See more

I have had to ask for someone to call two days running. They don't seem to understand the heating/water system when they come! This is not the first time it has happened and some have been quite ignorant about it. It has happened during the winter and I have had no heating at all. They are not very good at all.

Today experienced was exceptional means I've waited nearly 6 months for then yo finally send the right person with the right parts and knew his job very well . Peter Knight was a 10 out of 10 and finally I feel safe at my home with gas boiler and everything done proper and finally new taps I waited 6 months for . So a 5☆for today's job . See more

Hit and miss.Had work booked for Friday pm 23rd of may to finish of job from atleast 2 weeks earlier. Engineer arrived early looked at job, went for breakfast and said he would be back. 2 hours later received text message cancelling the appointment and giving us one for 2nd June, hence we weren't in. They did say sorry for inconvenience, would have been nice if they had called us to explain. They sent an Engineer without the right equipment to do the job and he didn't even know what needed to be done. Called up to rebook appointment, but they don't get back to you.See more

Liberty engineer called Ben came round on time. Show his ID badge straight away, waited for me to read it.. very efficient and neat and tidy. Informative about he was testing and why. Gave us plenty of warning to set off the smoke alarm testing. Clean and tidy highly recommend Liberty with such polite professional staff working for them.See more
