From the very first interaction, the experience was outstanding. We started with a highly informative planning meeting with Lewis, whose deep knowledge and expertise made designing our system incredibly straightforward. When it came to the actual installation, the team was brilliant. Before lifting a single tool, they walked through the entire plan—agreeing exactly where the batteries and charger would go, explaining the cable routing, and making sure we were completely happy with the layout. They were professional, exceptionally polite, and left the place spotless. Once the install was complete, they took the time to patiently run through how the whole system works so we felt confident using it. It has only been installed for a week, but we are already absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish, absolutely 5 star service. Every employee who I met and spoke to were extremely helpful. There were no pushy sales tactics just honest and friendly advice. The whole process was far more straight forward and fluid than other companies I had made contact with. Everything went smoothly on the day. The after care, warranty’s and guarantees are service leading in this field. They don’t just leave you high and dry when it is all finished. They are there for as long as you need them! From the surveyor who visited to explain the systems available to the work crew who fitted the system in the midst of a heat wave and Daisy who dealt with the paperwork it was one of the best experiences we have been involved in when having work carried out on our home. From our initial enquiry through to completion, the entire process was seamless. Every member of the LET Renewables team we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout, with every stage of the process clearly explained from the outset, so we always knew what to expect. It all started with the surveyor, who provided comprehensive information about the available options and explained each step of the installation process. Their expertise was evident in the recommendations they made, and they took the time to answer our questions without any sales pressure. Once we accepted the quote, LET Renewables handled everything, including the DNO application, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The installation took place exactly as planned. Despite working through two of the hottest days of the year, the installation team worked incredibly hard to complete everything on schedule and to an exceptionally high standard. They were courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to have on site. Marley kept us fully informed throughout the installation and provided an excellent handover at the end. His explanation of the system and training on the app were clear, thorough, and easy to understand, giving us confidence in using the system from day one. The follow-up after installation has also been excellent, demonstrating LET Renewables' ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term support. TLDR / BLUF: Excellent Service, Great Price all from a Knowledgeable and engaging team. Would recommend. At our initial quote from Lewis was not only a brilliant communicator but understood the tech fantastically unlike some other companies. He drone mapped the roof, the only company from 7 who did this and maximised the quantity of panels we could fit achieving 11 where most others where between 4 and 9. After accepting the quote and formalising the agreement, Daisy in the office seamlessly arranged the scaffolding from All systems Scaffolding Ltd who arrived a few weeks later and efficiently created access. The scaffolders were typical, loud and everything you’d expect from scaffs, regardless they were efficient and worked quickly despite the heat. A week or so later the LET team arrived for the install. The first day was spent mostly cabling and getting the Equipment Installed with most of the roof brackets and rails. The second day was spent finishing the cables, panelling and final commissioning. The LET team where on site for a total of 8h day 1 and 9h day 2 all in over 30-degree heat, hats off, was hard work. After the install was finished, we have had no issues, and the system is up and running effectively. A week after install the scaffolding came down with no issues. Overall, a fantastic service with useful and accessible information.
