JDM Earth

I wanted to leave a dedicated review for JDM Earth, who installed my solar and battery system. They were partnered with heatable.co.uk, and when I researched them beforehand, I admit I was a little suspicious of all the five-star reviews – I just couldn't find anything negative!However, now I understand why. The two guys who came to do the installation were absolutely amazing. They were both incredibly friendly, hardworking, and really approachable when I asked for minor adjustments, like where the measuring devices were located on my circuit. They truly deserve every one of those five stars!

From the initial enquiry, through the ordering and delivery/installation, communication has been first class. JDM setout the options, guided me through the decision making and provided excellent support throughout. Installation was on time and i'm delighted with the whole process. I would not hesitate in recommending JDM to others, they are a contractor you can trust.

Powerwall 3 and 19 panels plus Zappi charger installed in December 2024. From initial enquiry, through to quote, install and aftercare ... JDM Earth have been nothing short of excellent.The initial quote was competitive and included a workaround that prevented my EV draining the PW3.Three days installation, including fixing roof tiles that the scaffolders damaged plus a misbehaving Zappi all managed with the utmost professionalism and care. The electrician and solar roofer on-site were pleasant and professional throughout.Aftercare by David and his team has been excellent with good communication throughout.Four months since install and JDM Earth were quick to respond with a site visit when I needed some information from inside the PW3 (QR Code).Well done JDM Earth, I would recommend them to anyone thinking about solar/battery installation.

JDM Earth has just completed the Install of a 23 panel and Tesla power wall 3. From the get go the company inclusive of subcontractor scaffold lads have been efficient, friendly and on time. Customer after care has been fantastic. The system is working amazingly well.The install lads were quick, tidy and professional. From the staff in the office to lads on site have been nothing less but outstanding.

Fantastic service from my intial enquiry until the installation. We used JDM Earth as they were recommended. The intial enquiry moves quickly to an online survey/questions which was so easy and quick. We were quickly presented with prices and options which then led to our booking. We asked for a quick appointment for installation and they offered to put us on a cancellation list. We actually got an installation date the week after and it was completed by a lovely engineer who was on time, tidy, respectful and helpful with advice on how to use.Overall fantastic service - thankyou team JDM !

Became interested in a battery system to protect our rural house form frequent power cuts. Spoke to JDM as had Powerwall 3 coming available. Process was easy and well explained and we also had solar panels as an additional resource. Everything completed by JDM staff was excellent. Installers were friendly and helpful discussing aspects that would have impact so we could choose the best and neatest installation for our house. They also helped with some other aspects outside the installation. Both staff on site were clearly experienced and knowledgeable, no complaints about them. Only issue was the scaffolding which was completed by a subcontractor, good installation but young lads who struggled to understand that they were on our next door neighbours property and respect was required.

Such an easy process with great service from initial enquiry through to installation of my home EV charger. I received great customer service from Lesley who explained in detail the process and was always fast to respond to any questions. Lesley had me booked in for installation within a week. Great service again from my installation engineer who talked me through what he was going to do and did a really tidy job in no time at all. Took time to explain how it all worked in detail too. Overall a very good experience and would highly recommend JDM Earth.

Was well informed when the charger would be fitted after completing a few details regarding location. The guts turned up very professional when installed there was a fault they promptly rang around and advised the new charger would be installed the following morning and there was no need for me to be there. They cleaned all the dust up the charger works great excellent customer services and professional
