Review Summary for Infinity Renewables Group Ltd

Infinity Renewables Group Ltd. consistently receives praise for their professional, courteous, and tidy installation teams who often complete jobs within a single day, explaining processes clearly and offering good post-installation support particularly with setting up apps and addressing specific issues like pigeon netting or minor software glitches. However, significant concerns arise regarding pre-sales information and transparency, with one customer reporting inadequate disclosure about electricity company export compatibility, multiple meters, and potential three-phase supply requirements, while another highlighted a severe issue with an underspecified inverter being installed without proper discussion, suggesting a potential strategy to "palm off the cheapest one" and create additional costs for adequate performance; there's also an isolated report of poor phone etiquette from a sales representative. The company appears best suited for customers seeking a swift and efficient installation, especially for solar panels and battery storage systems, including those participating in local council schemes like Hampshire Solar Together or Surrey Together, though their ability to handle larger installations (e.g., 42 panels) is also noted. Prospective customers should explicitly clarify all technical specifications of the proposed system, particularly the inverter model and its capacity relative to the solar array, as well as thoroughly confirm compatibility requirements with...

I contacted five companies for offers for a solar system including batteries. Infinity Renewables gave me the confidence to work with them through discussion with Callum McNeice who provided an offer that met my requirements but wasn't necessarily the lowest. I should add, the installation team were hard working, efficient and friendly explaining the installation process and the app operation with clarity.

Great group of people working on my solar panel and battery system. Kept me well informed from the planning to the installation and post installation. Big shout out to Callum who was our main contact throughout, was always quick to respond.

Install is currently in progress - I've been told that the battery is not arriving today (install day) and it'll need to be installed at the weekend instead (yes I'm not working but I usually have plans to go out on the weekend and missed days of solar generation). Lovely bunch of guys working at the property and my main point of contact from sale has been great, all a credit to the business - just sounds like someone needs to sort out their logistics! Will update the review further once the install is completed.

Deciding to make a major investment in home energy is a big step, and choosing the right partner to guide you through that process is everything. Looking back on our complete journey with Infinity Renewables, I am thoroughly delighted with the high-quality solar array and battery system we now have running at home. Our initial experience started with Vincent, our sales representative, who gave us a great overview of what Infinity could offer and helped us get the initial agreement drawn up. Once the dotted line was signed, the project naturally transitioned over to the dedicated customer care and coordination team, and that is where James Hayes stepped in as our primary point of contact. From that moment on, James was the absolute backbone of our installation journey. To be completely realistic, a large-scale renewable setup rarely comes without its hiccups. We did run into a few delays along the way, both on the schedule and with some of the initial post-installation setup details. However, what truly defines a company is not whether a project is 100% smooth every single day, but how they handle the challenges when things don't go strictly to plan. This is where James Hayes really shone. Every single time we hit a bump in the road and there were a few of them, James was on the other end of the phone or email, taking ownership of the situation. He was incredibly approachable, kept lines of communication open, and actively chased internal teams to ensure our issues were addressed. When technical tweaks were needed or administrative paperwork required pushing, James stepped up repeatedly to ensure we were supported and not just left hanging. Knowing that James was in our corner made an immense difference to our peace of mind. He methodically worked through every snag with patience and professional courtesy until every single detail was sorted out. Thanks to him and his team's relentless support and dedication to great customer care, we managed to get everything cleanly over the finish line. Our system is now up, running, and performing exceptionally well. The quality of the equipment is top-tier, and the feeling of watching our home run on clean, self-generated energy is amazing. If you are considering going solar with Infinity Renewables, my advice is to trust the process. While major home improvements can sometimes take a bit of patience to navigate, Infinity has fantastic people in their aftersales team. Huge thanks again to James Hayes for his outstanding support, his dedication to fixing problems, and for guiding us all the way to the finish line! Highly recommended.

From the initial calls and quotes, through the survey, scaffolders, install team and followup, this has been such a great experience throughout. I'd give them all 6-stars if the option was there.
