They scammed me out out thousands. Rouge trader. And they are setting up again as Eco. Be AWARE...

They are in administration calling them selves eco something I had problems with my heat pump, called my house insurance up and they sent a plumber out and he repaired it.

Be very careful and please do your research. Eco services is the new company for Greener Living. Same people, likely same service, likely same issues. Happy to leave people from previous company behind taking their money and left with issues. A quick google search will match the address to greener livings old premises so be careful.

They've gone into administration and I have no idea what to do when I now have unresolved issues with the installation and I've got error codes. 21 grand gone down the drain

Cant get MCS certificate. Try to contact company but no one is answering. Can anyone contact me please who have some information about company! Do they went burst? and cease traiding?

I had the air source heat pump fitted in 2019 and gad nothing but problems , electric through the roof, now I've gsd no service for 18months now and paying for it , no communication, no checks done, lies about how much we would be saving ,we haven't saved anything ,useless company if I could id go back to gas any day

I have been calling with no success for over 5 months after raising a concern about my installed solar panel. This is a terrible customer service and now rumor is saying they have gone into administration. I need to file complain to a regulatory body.

The worst company I have ever dealt with as they have been trying to rectify my heat pump they installed 2 years ago I then brought in a fresh company who found the 2 year fault in 10 minutes of being on site.

Id heard from an x-engineer of theirs that they went into admin early Feb24. Ive had constant issues theyve ignored for the last 6 months so I guess thats not going to get sorted at all now. Terrible company, install rubbish product and then disappear.

Hi All, dont know if anyone will reply. With this lot going bust are there any service engineers available? Is there any chance of getting money back as this all seems dodgy.

We had a maintenance contract with them, but I recently cancelled it, because I wasn't able to contact anyone to speak in the company. I called them numerous times over a 2 week period but without success. Luckily I was only calling to arrange our annual service visit and not reporting a fault.

If I could give a score of zero I would. We’ve been trying to get them to service the system they put in for over 2 months and they won’t respond. Some people might give them 5/5 but do you really want to risk it?

I read the company has shut down from this review site, though i guessed as much from their not answering any call for a week. Installers were good except the electrician made at least 3 errors . There are still two parts of the installation incomplete. But aftersales support was essentially non existent.

Greener living is no longer trading and they haven't had the guts to inform their customers.eco services have taken over their servicing contract and will come out to look at your unit or you are on the platinum contract .l am on the platinum scheme and have to pay 100pounds for them to come out . mitsubishi wanted 300 pounds to come out eco services number is03333356155 .I contacted them today and they are coming tomorrow .I hope this he some of you .

Contact Eco-Services they are taking over. I have not taken out a monthly contract, they have already taken over anyone who has one with GL. However they are happy to do my annual service for me. So some good news.

Poor problem response time.Reported a problem 8 weeks ago. The air source heat pump system installed 4 years ago developed a problem where it’s using more power than its outputting. Despite phoning several times and being on their ‘diamond service plan’ and several emails, there still no date in site as to when an engineer will appear to try and fix the issue. They claim to be the number 1 installer, but their service is next to useless unless it’s an easy fix! They obviously lack trained engineers..See more

*** Do Not Trust Or Use Greener Living ***Worst mistake of our lives signing up with this company. The minute they walk through the door, high-pressure sales start. Giving the benefit of the doubt but the house was left in a state after the installation. Thermostats fitted next to the radiator pumps fitted in front of radiators. Wiring fed across the ceiling of the room. Daniel came today to service our system - now just over two years old. First class service. Called around 30 minutes before arrival. It was his first time here so after a quick look round he delivered the service. He checked fault logs, bled the system, fixed a few "weeping" components re-pressurised the system. He also tweaked the domestic water temperature. He also sorted out a small admin issue. First class and a credit to Greener Living.See more

We have spent nearly a year trying to get our solar batteries installed by Greener Living working and connected. We call or write every few weeks, promises are made and no one gets back to us, We did finally get an engineer out who confirmed it had een improperly installed and he needed to order upgraded parts. Silence. cals, promises .Nothing. We must have lost hundreds of pounds, on stored energy we should kave had. Their customer service is appalling.See more
