John from Glow Green did a great job with our boiler check – reliable and courteous.

Left Vaillant boiler with F72 code and no hot water.

The engineer phoned before arrival, arrived when he said he would. He carried out the service, efficiently, he was polite, informative and made conversation. The thing he forgot to do was switch the gas back on.

Engineer that came was apsolutly fantastic 5**** but glow green as a company have got worse every year, iv been a customer for 8 years now, every year the price increases, its getting near impossible to actually speak to someone, they dont ring back when they say they will, iv had engineers not turn up on more than one occasion, been stuck with an asthmatic toddler in a house with minimal heating for months due to leaking radiators, workmen not turning up and them simply just not caring about there customers and their situations, when i need my next new boiler ill be using a different firm amd wouldnt recomment glow green anymore, its a shame because they used to be a good company

Sol the engineer who carried out the annual boiler service was courteous and friendly, came exactly the time he stated.However, I find Glow Green labourius to contact, having to phone many times only to be told I can use your new on-line service which I also found difficult (perhaps it's me)

I am extremely satisfied with the Glow Green companys boiler installation. It was carried out professionally with minimal disruption to our home. The engineer( Perry Thompson) took the time to explain how the new system works. I am very pleased with overall service from start to finish and recommend this company for any boiler installation needs.
