The engineer phoned before arrival, arrived when he said he would. He carried out the service, efficiently, he was polite, informative and made conversation. The thing he forgot to do was switch the gas back on.

Engineer that came was apsolutly fantastic 5**** but glow green as a company have got worse every year, iv been a customer for 8 years now, every year the price increases, its getting near impossible to actually speak to someone, they dont ring back when they say they will, iv had engineers not turn up on more than one occasion, been stuck with an asthmatic toddler in a house with minimal heating for months due to leaking radiators, workmen not turning up and them simply just not caring about there customers and their situations, when i need my next new boiler ill be using a different firm amd wouldnt recomment glow green anymore, its a shame because they used to be a good company

Sol the engineer who carried out the annual boiler service was courteous and friendly, came exactly the time he stated.However, I find Glow Green labourius to contact, having to phone many times only to be told I can use your new on-line service which I also found difficult (perhaps it's me)

I am extremely satisfied with the Glow Green companys boiler installation. It was carried out professionally with minimal disruption to our home. The engineer( Perry Thompson) took the time to explain how the new system works. I am very pleased with overall service from start to finish and recommend this company for any boiler installation needs.

Happy with the service engineer phoned well in advance to let us know he was on the way, when he arrived very friendly and polite, took approximately half an hour no mess left behind.

Andrew was very professional and polite. He took the time to check if we had experienced any issues with the boiler before conducting the service.

Engineer attended within time frame I had requested, service was done within 20 mins and my gas safe certificate was with me within 2 hours via email. My only negative was he didn't explain to me exactly what was carried out, but other than that he was polite and friendly.

Had a lot of experience and very helpful in the questions that I asked about.very polite and his work is excellent would recommend him to anyone

The Engineer was professional, polite & friendly. He called me before arriving at my house. He did his work well. He signed the service book manuel. He even re-set the thermostate on the wall as it was the wrong date & time. He was such a good difference compared to some engineers that you sent to me last year. My Boiler service visit was planned for today, Ian Christie called me to inform he was on his way and would be around 30 minutes eta for arrival.Ian arrived on time and introduced himself, after showing gas metre, fire and boiler I left Ian to his tasks in hand.Ian explained all he was doing, he clearly has a passion for safety and customer service.All paperwork was updated and explained to me, Ian is a credit to your team and a true professional tradesman.See more

Glow green installed and have maintained my combi boiler ,for years now ,and I have a direct debit with them which comes out every month ,is it worth it ??? Mike arrived on time, he was professional and very friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing. I was very pleased with his service

I was on the so called "boiler service care plan" with Glow Green - 11 pounds per month. They don't bother to remind you when your boiler service is due - if you don't remember to schedule one in - it's your problem. So the less communication - the less work for them. However they remember to increase the care plan cost on a regular basis, no issues here. When you request the annual service - you do it via their online platform - in my case it was done in March for the service to be scheduled in June! Ridiculous. You can never call them even though their website supposedly offers that option - when you attempt to call they revert you back to their online platform where you raise a ticket. Don't waste your money. Plenty of other competitive options out there where they value your custom.

After requesting a booking for service, 3 weeks later I was booked with Adil local gas engineer who called me in the morning indicating his arrival time, also called me while on his way. Adil was friendly and proceeded to carry out the service as specified by GlowGreen. He seemed competant and carefully put back covering under the boiller afer cleaning up

Your two engineers, Perry & Mason were a credit to your organisation. Despite a few difficulties they worked very hard to get us installed and up and running. They did superb job in clearing up and we are left with a new boiler that survives all our needs. Thank you Perry & Mason.

The service engineer was prompt, efficient and pleasant. The boiler has worked very well for the first year after a rocky start when the pipework leaked and was eventually fixed by the installer.

Our engineer Dean was fantastic. It was a tricky installation but he dealt with it in a calm manner with a can do attitude and we were thrilled at the outcome. Would highly recommend.

When our installation day had to be changed they advised us in good time and kept in touch. The installers rang to see when was convenient and arrived on time and completed the job within their anticipated time frame.
