It was only a week between initial quotation and installation, despite me being in north-east Scotland. The installer took care of everything, even working into the evening to get the job completed on time, despite having some tricky cable routes to run.The phone gets answered very quickly by real humans who are very helpful and provide all the right answers.I'm just really happy :)

Our inverter packed up after 12 years and we was shopping around to change this inverter. We contacted them who advised on having a solaredge inverter fitted due to some shading. Installation went very well and the installation team set up the app on our ipad and gave us a full run down. Very happy with the installation.

Since installing the battery, I sue my own energy day and night. Less dependence on the grid, lower costs, and backup power during outages. Makes a real difference.

We recently had Properla color coating on out exterior walls. We had lots of dirt and discolor, We did look at just carrying out exterior painting using traditional paint however the benefits properla have completely outweighed any normal exterior paint and i could not be happier with the outcome. My house looks amazing.

Had issues with our solar system so i called them out to carry out maintenance work. Now my system is up and running back to generating energy.

I had a roof full of moss and lichen. I instructed them to carry out a full roof clean and properla treatment and now the roof looks immaculate.

The team at Flo Energy where very efficient - followed up after a cold call a year ago and as said, got back to us a year later to check up. They gave us a slightly better deal than a competitor and where quick to implement - polite and effecient through out and the guys that came to remove the foam from our roof worked really hard doing some long days! The place was spotless when they left. Basically Flo energy did what they said they would -yay! Thanks to all the team at Flo Energy.

I have used FloEnergy for a solar maintenance plan which I'm very happy with, but more recently they provided an exterior wall coat which has removed all the damp from my bedroom and sitting room. My entire experience with FloEnergy has been flawless. From the initial consultation with Richard through to the application of the coating and the aftercare. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have dealt with FloEnergy for some time and enjoy talking to Emma who is always very professional and deals with all the problems I have had since installing a new system to upgrade the one I had from 2011. We have a lot of power outages and this tends to knock my system out but FloEnergy have always come to fix it. Recently I have had two men here for five days painting the house with Properla and the place looks fantasic. I have on several occasions been approached by Flo-energy who said they wanted to come and deal with my system. This is a bogus company who have obtained details of FloEnergy customers and put the phone down as soon as I said I was expecting a visit the next day from the real company! I have nothing but praise for the real company. They are helpful, honest and trustworthy.

We should be able to opt for zero stars. I would not recommend this company. They are cowboys. As I see it they rip off vulnerable customers, and there seems to be a common theme in these reviews if you look through them. This company hired an incompetent tradesperson, and even after providing evidence of damage and incomplete works, the company gave no apology and only took the word of the tradesperson and continued to tell us he was a skilled person, who’s work they’d had no previous complaints. Which I found hard to believe. Flo energy did not personally come to view the damage. Flo energy did eventually send out new tradespersons some time later to fix damage and complete the work. The new tradespersons were shocked at the state of the property and informed us it was not the first property they had to sort out after the original tradesperson.

Leigh sales/surveyor listened to what was important to me hence I never felt pressured! Just good sound advice which helped me choose Properla paint for front of house and garden walls. Which was professionally applied by very hard working twin brothers! Thank you to all I will be recommending you whenever appropriate! 👍See more

We were visited by Nick on the 19th March. We had had cavity wall insulation approximately 25 years ago, which is now causing damp problems. Nick showed us the extent of the problem and advised the application of Properla Masonry Creme, together with some re-pointing of the brickwork. On the 26th March Dale and Daryl arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and very efficient. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. As explained by Nick it will take about 18 months to clear the damp problem, and we look forward to his return.See more

We had a cold call saying they had taken on inspecting solar systems after the demise of our supplier. we booked a visit from a rep. What a load of old guff he came out with, saying inverter needs replacing. Initial quote of £2200 quickly dropped to £1600 with some high pressure chat (ineffective!). A google while he was here came up with a few companies offering replacement inverters for around £700. One of the companies I talked to had also had customers who had almost fallen victim to Flo's greed, similar comments to be seen on MSE site. Dont accept their prices without doing some comparisons.See more
