The product is great, the responsiveness to issues and queries not so great. Our battery was installed on a Saturday morning 2 days after we moved in: I sense to accommodate us which was great. Unfortunately something went wrong during the installation and it took 2 weeks before it was rectified despite emails and calls to Encom every other day.

They talk a good game but once up and running there’s not much in the way of customer service when things go wrong. I’m hoping for some reassurance from the electrician but so far I’ve only had vague and unconvincing reassurances from the salesman. I’m still suffering random shutdowns of my inverter for 14 hours at a time with no clear explanation of what could be causing it.

From start to finish encom were excellent. The info from the sales team was detailed and used tools I'd not seen from other companies. And they were great in accommodating out timeliness. They took extra time and effort to ensure cabling was hidden away behind stud walls. The main installation was done in a day (just took about an hour on the second to finish off).
