The product is great, the responsiveness to issues and queries not so great. Our battery was installed on a Saturday morning 2 days after we moved in: I sense to accommodate us which was great. Unfortunately something went wrong during the installation and it took 2 weeks before it was rectified despite emails and calls to Encom every other day.

Neil in sales was very accommodating explaining the whole process and savings thoroughly. The installation ran like clockwork with both the panels fitters on the roof and system installers in the garage working efficiently and tidily.
