Ian and Electrical Compliance were really helpful and knowledgeable about our EV Tesla install. They were also competitively priced and provided great communications. Best of all he turned up on time (not usual these days) and installed when promised as well as provided all the proper certification. Would highly recommend.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. Ian was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. After checking our system he took the time to tell me step by step what I needed to do and followed it up with an email. Nothing was rushed or too much trouble.

I contacted Ian regarding our annual pat testing for our tools. Ian kindly arranged to come the very next day which was brilliant. He spent hours working through all our tools and equipment. So grateful for all his help and advice to. Will always use Ian and Matthew in future.

As mentioned in my review of 11 November, we arranged for this company to service our air source heat pump. All work was carried out by James both professionally and with no mess. We have asked that they contact us next year to conduct the next annual service. Our system is only just over two years old and was purchased from Freedom Heat Pumps. One of their recommended installers was used but, after six telephone calls asking him to contact us with regards to the previous breakdown ( he also forgot to register our system for the extended warranty ) we gave up. If you want your system installed and serviced correctly then I would highly recommend Electrical Compliance

We feel lucky to have met Ian. He is incredibly hard working, very knowledgeable and 100% trustworthy. Our new heat pump is incredibly well fitted, does everything Ian said it would and someone worthy of special praise is James. First class service! Replaced a failed inverter (under warranty) on our solar panels, but also took the time to give the whole system a health check (and found a couple of possible failed units). Also fitted an upgrade (to enable cooling as well as heating) to our excellent air source heat pump system which he installed last year.Very knowledgeable crew who take the time to do the job rightSee more
