Today we had Jack carry out a service on our Samsung Heat pump.I am extremely happy with the service Egensys provides and the reassurance of a job well done. Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. he explained everything he was going to do. He gave me the reassurance I needed that all was OK with our system. Jack is a credit to the company and assuming all employees are of the same attitude we will enjoy a long relationship with egensys to look after our Heat pump system. Thank you for your service.
