The upgrade to our solar system was conducted with a high degree of professionalism bearing in mind, this was a complex process in this case. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. It was a pleasure to work with these people. The work was completed to schedule and project was good value for money. We would highly recommend this company.

Ecocetera recently added a battery and gateway to my existing solar panel system, which had been installed in 2014 by another company. Others may be capable of doing a good job, but Ecocetera has stood out for me as utterly competent and professional in all aspects of the job, from first tentative contact, through discussion of options, quotation, installation and post-completion support. Perfection isn't given to Man, but Ecocetera are the next best thing.

A brilliant and positive experience overall. Right from the initial survey, where Conrad explained what our options were for our installation. He was polite, informative and not pushy at all. Then Jeannie helped with quotes for different options that were right for us, rather than the company. The installation went very smoothly, the installers were again, polite and very helpful, going through what would go where. They completed on time, with a very professional job. Overall I really recommend ecocetera for Solar panels. They were a pleasure to work with. I had heard so many bad reports about other Solar companies, it was so nice to work with such a good local company that really did care that we got the best solution that was right for us.And now, we are generating free electricity, which is a great feeling ! Ecocetera are an outstanding company - they have previously installed panels and battery for us, and recently added a second battery. From initial consultation to switch-on, they were completely professional, and happy to explain every detail, without any pressure. We were given updates on progress of the order, when scaffolding would arrive, etc.The installation itself was a masterclass in efficiency and precision. The team was punctual and worked with impressive speed and care, minimising disruption and - importantly - making sure we were happy with things like cable routes before they started drilling holes. What sets them apart in my view is their attention to detail; the wiring is neat and tidy, and the entire setup looks clean and professional.Even after the job was done, they checked on performance and were happy to answer additional questions. We recommend Ecocetera without any hesitation.

Having used Ecocetera for several projects in the past, we were very pleased to find their services continued to be of the highest standard when we contracted them to instal a domestic battery and a further eight PV panels. They discussed options with us, including the idea of using the latest panels which could provide high output even on our north east facing roof. We chose Ecocetera as they are local to us and are able to provide European brands of solar panels (Eurener) and Givenergy's newest 10kW high voltage inverter with the 20.4kWh battery stack. The actual installation was fast, and the installation quality is high with attention to detail. Would use their services again and refer them to friends for solar PV systems.

I can highly recommend Ecocetera for solar PV and battery installation. Ecocetera installed our solar PV about 12 years ago and last week they installed a battery system to conplement the solar panels. What a great company.
