The company were very customer focused and were excellent communicators. They took time to understand my problems and were able to deal with the issues through to completion. This included liaising directly with the manufacturer on my behalf and ensuring that I was able to benefit from my warranties. So impressed with Paul and Dan. From the first moment, Paul listened and was quick to get Dan round to look at the solar panel problem. Dan was amazing. He was prompt in organising a time and was able to let us know the issue and provide a solution very quickly. I wasn't sold anything I didn’t need and the cost for diagnosing and replacement parts were very competitive. Quality of service, work, and follow up has been exemplary - cannot praise them enough. We were back up and running within a week. Can't praise Dan and Paul enough. Would highly recommend. Thank you\
