I had a 12 year old solar panel system that had stopped working and required someone to diagnose the issue and advise on a solution. Eco Systems Group were able to quickly diagnose the issue and send a fitter to replace the inverter. The service was very quick, professional and friendly.\

The company were very customer focused and were excellent communicators. They took time to understand my problems and were able to deal with the issues through to completion. This included liaising directly with the manufacturer on my behalf and ensuring that I was able to benefit from my warranties. They are very professional and the operative has gone over and above to ensure we have a working solution. It's been a pleasure to work with them and a rewarding experience.\

So impressed with Paul and Dan. From the first moment, Paul listened and was quick to get Dan round to look at the solar panel problem. Dan was amazing. He was prompt in organising a time and was able to let us know the issue and provide a solution very quickly. I wasn't sold anything I didn’t need and the cost for diagnosing and replacement parts were very competitive. Quality of service, work, and follow up has been exemplary - cannot praise them enough. I had a broad request for help checking if my solar panels were installed correctly - Paul called me twice and talked me through the checks that I could do myself, advised me where I could get information for free and then suggested that I don't pay for a full check. \\n\\nHe was extremely helpful and helped ensure that I didnt spend money unnecessarily. \
