They provided our air source heat pump and end to end its been one of the most cowboy experiences I've ever had. First of all they installed the heatpump in the wrong location and had to remove it and reinstall in a new location. When they installed it, they didnt make the pipes watertight, and left a pipe leaking, dripping on to our properties fuse box (luckily I spotted that one before it shorted the entire house).Also as part of our agreement with them we shouldve received annual servicing of the heatpump, 6 years later and theyve conducted 1 service. Our heatpump has now stopped working, judging by the error code primarily due to not being serviced. We notified them of this problem 4 days ago and they still dont know when theyll be able to come and take a look at it. Its December and we've had no heating for 4 days with no resolution in site.Oh, and because when they installed it they didnt actually set the heat pump up properly, and didnt even tell us about the various settings, its been running really inefficiently for the last 6 years, meaning its been costing us about 40% more in electric to run.Absolute clowns.
I was having problems with switching my Data Stick over to new wifi. I rang Dynamis and spoke to Ryan. He knew exactly the problem, was extremely helpful and fun to talk to as well. Immediately sent me an email explaining what to do and gave me his direct line in case of issues. He then followed up afterwards to check it was all working. Excellent service.
Shocking heat pump install from poor install with Multiple issues through to aftercare. I’m now in double figures with visits for repair works.(when they turn up) The systems still faulty, after enduring two weeks of constant - temperatures with 3 children I’ve had enough. After saying I want the system removed and my money back i just get referred to a finance partner who informed me I’ll be breaking my contract with the renewable heating grant and will be charged over £7000 if I remove the system.
From start to finish the whole experience of getting our solar panels fitted by Dynamis could not have been more straightforward. The advice given at the initial survey was brilliant. the logistics of arranging the scaffolding and the installation was simple. The scaffolders were professional and friendly. The installation team were fantastic. The back office team were brilliant in terms of their customer service. People came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and when ever we had a question, our phone call was answered immediately and we were kept up to date on what was happening throughout the whole process.
