Faked Claims of Broken Plugs, I sorta suspected some nonsense was coming, when one of his first questions was "Are there any plugs you 'hardly' use", lo & behold, that was then the only plug that was claimed as broken, & they don't seem to get that that's them essentially telling the Council/Blackrock type Hedge Funds, that you're breaking those appliances, just, so they can drum up ever more PROFIT, for this average £200 Million per year PROFIT maker, especially for a British Owned 'family?' Business, looks like someone greased all the Right (& Left's) pockets, Yeah?? (so make sure, to record everything they touch, both before & during their 'works', very simply, put them on notice that you will then be made to look like a dodgy tenent by them, just for them to keep up their seriously unreal levels of profit, see it's this type of Privateer who make sure your Rent is AKWAYS on the increase, simple fact being, these Private Comps are NOT our friends, they see us a fantastic payday & nothing else (side note, these Private Comps are *allowed* to chip on 70% 'on top' of *every job* they do for Councils, & THEY DO, I had one charge £6800 after originally quoting £3900 & the job they did was atrocious, I tried to complain twice & was told "I Can't Complain* by my now Private *Hedge Fund* 'Homeowners Associarion??' (Which They *Very Clearly* Aren't) as NPH (Who Are Most, Definitely NOT In Partnership With Us), this being the very same crowd who've increased my Rent by over 50% in just the 10 yrs of *being handed* all The Council Homes in Northampton, EquallingcOut For Just Pence In The Pound, that happened due to the rampant corruption of The, Tory Council, who have now bee replaced by Reform, due to putting Northampton into the red, twice in just 15 yrs, he lost £20 Million In just one lump, by putting Taxpayer, Cash into the super corrupt Icelandic Banks, that then crashed due to the Money Laundering & Mass Corruption they were All in bed with, Tory', New Labour & The Libtard Dems, (Oh & B Johnson then rewarded his *beyond blatant corruption & consistent failings* with a Snr Cabinet Position, just as typical tory's do, it got so bad that we're, now broken into multiple regions, just so They could avoid Bankruptcy, unlike all the other Comps they just left in the lurch, including the Northampton Rugby Stadium, as a great example of just how corrupt this *once* 100 yr+ tory 'stronghold' used to be)

This Company has a NPH contract [Northampton Council].I had their Engineer do an "Electrical Inspection" on 06 May 2025.I put in a "Complaint" about his manner, disrespect & attitude. The manager has "inferred" that its my Fault & nothing is being done to address this attitude.To top it all the Company uses the Workers Vehicles to save on "Company Costs". This Engineers Car was Un Roadworthy & because of his manner I reported him to the Police & Dodd Group. The Company say's its "NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY".DON'T LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME.
