DES have been excellent throughout the entire process,from initial help and advice from James Anniston,explaining the sequence of events,to the scaffolders panel fitters ,electricians-and Brenda in the office.All were of a professional standard,very polite,helpful with everything left clean and tidy at the end of work.Although I had done my research re solar power itself I spent more time researching providers.I chose DES not only for the but because they meet all the industry standards,offer proper guarantees and use their own staff for all work.No contractors.They are a long standing Company with a firm reputation in all aspects of Electrical work,not some overnight outfit likely to go bust on you.Finally, my daughter is now using them ,

I ended up with about 10 quotes to get new solar panels. DES were never pushy with the sale, they were factual and happy to answer lots of questions and explain how things work. From the first call to the last DES have been nothing but polite, helpful and patient.Despite a few hiccups, with things having to change mid install. It’s the way they handled this is why they are a 5 star rated company.After all the quotes and companies I spoke to I am so glad I went with DES. Excellent customer service, the roofers and electrician were both really polite and friendly. Competitive prices. 1 point I spoke to my local grid to clarify something and even they said how good DES are and that they know what they are doing. To give them anything less than 5 stars is just nit picking.Avoid the overpriced pushy sales of the big companies linked to suppliers and go with DES

Enquiry was made last Autumn. Several agents visited me, but the one from DES Renewables was by far the most knowledgeable. The surveyor came, a price and a date agreed. The workmen arrived, and completed on time. The panels are working well. I am very pleased.
