DES have been excellent throughout the entire process,from initial help and advice from James Anniston,explaining the sequence of events,to the scaffolders panel fitters ,electricians-and Brenda in the office.All were of a professional standard,very polite,helpful with everything left clean and tidy at the end of work.Although I had done my research re solar power itself I spent more time researching providers.I chose DES not only for the but because they meet all the industry standards,offer proper guarantees and use their own staff for all work.No contractors.They are a long standing Company with a firm reputation in all aspects of Electrical work,not some overnight outfit likely to go bust on you.Finally, my daughter is now using them ,

I ended up with about 10 quotes to get new solar panels. DES were never pushy with the sale, they were factual and happy to answer lots of questions and explain how things work. From the first call to the last DES have been nothing but polite, helpful and patient.Despite a few hiccups, with things having to change mid install. It’s the way they handled this is why they are a 5 star rated company.After all the quotes and companies I spoke to I am so glad I went with DES. Excellent customer service, the roofers and electrician were both really polite and friendly. Competitive prices. 1 point I spoke to my local grid to clarify something and even they said how good DES are and that they know what they are doing. To give them anything less than 5 stars is just nit picking.Avoid the overpriced pushy sales of the big companies linked to suppliers and go with DES

Enquiry was made last Autumn. Several agents visited me, but the one from DES Renewables was by far the most knowledgeable. The surveyor came, a price and a date agreed. The workmen arrived, and completed on time. The panels are working well. I am very pleased.

Great company to work with to get our solar panels and battery installed. On site survey to check all the electrics and the roof. Electrician took 2 days to do the installation, roofers 1 day to install the panels. Really tidy work, really pleased. Great communication.

From the start I was very impressed with DES Renewables. Initially we were presented with a range of design options with slightly different costs, benefits and payback times. Communication throughout was excellent, honest and clear. Survey and installation were smooth, neat and tidy and we were kept informed along the way. Highly recommended.

I would define this installation of the Solar panels, as the perfect example of, no “I in team.” The whole work programme ran without a hitch. Every member was very polite and courteous, and really friendly.I would add the people in the office were equally as helpful and courteous.Definitely a five star rating.

The sales advisor made appointments to talk us through the various systems and gave clear advice, without being pushy and leading us towards any particular system.Once the order was placed, the survey and installation was carried out as specified and everybody we encountered were able to answer any questions and talk us through using the system. I would definitely recommend this company

DES kept us well informed throughout the process and were able to accommodate our request for an extended period of scaffolding to allow some separate roofing work to be carried out at the same time. Always quick to respond to emails and we had a very clear and informative handover of the system explaining the app and next steps we needed for our import and export tariffs. Would recommend.

Had a solar battery and pigeon guard for solar panels fitted. Service and communication was excellent from start to finish. All tidied up, set me up on the app and showed me how to use it. Very responsive for questions after installation and payment made as well.

DES Renewables have just completed the installation of a Solar System to my house.Its a bit of a 'minefield' out there when looking for a decent company.After loads of research and questions I chose DES ANDI have to say I was very impressed with the whole process.All the guys from roofers to electricians ( Not forgetting the scaffolders of course! ) worked hard and made it look easy, even with all the rain. My roof is somewhat disjointed so a lot of thought had to go in to it to get the best result.I was given good advice throughout the process and replies to phone calls and emails were always quick.Also Im very pleased with the system thats been installed ( Sigenergy including batteries )I highly recommend DES :)

DES have been a Gold Star Company from start to finish. Not only was their pre Sales Technical advice clear and concise, but the installation process worked like clockwork. The Office Staff kept us informed every step of the way. Every member of the team has given us 100% of their time and effort. The system (EV charger, Storage Batteries, Inverter and Solar panels) that they have installed are working incredibly well.
