I have reported there is a mistake in my bill. Max gave me an immediate reply that he is looking into the problem, and my bill was then promptly corrected in a few days. Max's professionalism and dedication in helping me solve this issue were outstanding! I really appreciate it!

Find it ironic they charge 37p a day admin charge yet cant ever send the bills with any consistency. They wont send one for 4 months and then suddenly expect the money straight away. Admin for what?! In a flat block the size of ours they are making a packet for doing nothing

Absolutely pointless company. Charging us for not even providing any services, topped off with an extortionate admin fee when they do zero admin and ignore countless emails for months and months on end. Scam company!!! How do you even still operate, baffles me.

Very bad experience as the information on customer portal is misleading. They said they sent out payment demand to me which I didnt receive but when checked on my customer portal account, it says no outstanding owed. I wonder what is the customer portal for if the communication is not clear and consistent.

We had an issue obtaining a refund back from a supplier. We approached Manda Latchford who kept us updated and helped us get the refund back. Would recommend.
