Having had problems with my system (NOT an installation problem, but a GivEnergy service problem), I contacted CRC for help, as they were my installers a couple of years ago. Their office was extremely helpful, trying to get GivEnergy to assist. When this was not successful, CRC arranged for an engineer to come out today, Christmas Eve (!!) to fix the problem - which, of course, they did. This once again shows that CRC are a great company to deal with. If you are thinking of getting a PV system, then you will never find anyone better than this company to deal with. 100% brilliant. Thank you CRC!!
Excellent company. We got three quotes, CRC's quote was by far the best, with two extra panels compared to the other two companies, at a lower cost. Christian came on time, looked at our requirements, no hard sell. We accepted the quote. Everything went to plan. The installation team were friendly and courteous. Everything fitted in 4.5 hours and left clean and tidy. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We're extremely pleased with the system, (solar panels with battery) and grateful we found CRC Renewables. Would highly recommend.
