We contacted Chris Barker in mid February and he came and talked through the options and provided full and informative quotes for all those options. We ordered a system, the team arrived when planned (within 4 weeks of our initial contact), carried out the work in an efficient way and cleared up really well. The bill was as per quote and Chris did not ask for payment until the system was running to our mutual satisfaction. He has checked up to make sure we are happy and we are confident he will provide great aftercare.

We had a solar PV and battery installed by Connect Electric who are excellent. Chris Barker visited and produced a detailed proposal which met our requirements and was good value. Chris was always contactable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Installation was totally trouble free with scaffolding put up and all installation work completed in one day. This is a very experienced team who know what they are doing and get on with the job. All were friendly, helpful and did a good tidy up on completion. Chris then commissioned the system and explained the apps that are used to manage and monitor it. Everything was done to the agreed schedule and budget. We are delighted with our new solar battery system and were lucky enough that our first two days in November were sunny and we powered the house on solar.
