Arrow Insulation and Energy Solutions

I thought about it and looked around for a while but decided on Arrow Energy Solutions to install my Solar panels and Battery.From the moment i contacted them i was made to feel like part of the family fThe sales process wasn't pushy it was made clear that they only sell quality products and they wanted us to be happy. The installers were very friendy and hard working,they kept us informed all through the process. We had 14 panels and a battery installed. Best thing ever. We were so impressed with this company we went ahead and had the walls insulated by them, with the same professional experience.

Arrow are knowledgable, reliable and have high-quality, friendly installers. I can recommend them for cavity wall insulation removal and replacement.

Quickly responded and came out to survey the property at no cost and provide a quote for the work. Quote was very competitive versus other suppliers, and provided us with peace of mind that the the work would be completed to a professional standard by the way they engaged.The work was booked over 2 days (Friday and then the Monday as needed removal of old insultation), however they called a week before and moved the date up and were able to complete the work in 1 day. They arrived on site at 8am sharp, quickly assessing the site and setting up. The removal of the old insulation was a loud process, however was completed within an hour or two. It didn't create too much mess, just where the brickwork had gaps (e.g. garage where the gas pipes came through some of the old insulation was blown through - 2 mins with the hoover sorted it). The filling was a quick process, and the team were off site by about 1pm. Already several days later we can notice the ability for the house to retain heat is much better.

They are easy to deal with and the guys who did the job are really experienced, conscientious and pleasant.

This company do a good job in a friendly efficient way.I would've given top marks except the surveyor did not make it clear enough just HOW MUCH old debris would float into the rooms specifically the loft and kitchen.We would've covered more items with sheets or tarpaulins been more prepared it was a very very dusty job. Even though they cleaned up twice now, we still need to be careful moving items in the loft. They are still covered.

The person who came to survey the property was veryknowledgable & showed me camera pictures of thefailed cavity insulation & talked through process to rectify with new insulation.were given a quote & times which i accepted & all wentsmoothly.

Fantastic service from start to finish .Very helpful and knowledgable staff.The cavity wall extraction was carried out professionally and a lot of care was taken by the team .Dan and Sean were punctual, polite and took care whilst inside and outside my house. They tidied after themselves at all times.I highly recommend this company.

From the initial enquiry, to meeting Jody onsite, receiving and accepting the quote, to Dan and Jake installing the cavity wall insulation, was first class from start to finish! Highly recommended; from the communication and the survey visit all the way through to installation Arrow have been responsive, polite and efficient. Installation was quick and clean with no fuss. Quote was fair and clearly priced, and far better value than less professional competitors

I had extraction of old insulation and installation of new bead insulation. Really good communication from the admin team. Both teams who came to the property to complete the work were friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

The first quotation included full details of the work required for cavity wall installation on our bungalow. It also included diagrams and full terms and conditions, so there were no surprises later. Surveyor Andy Ayres was very informative and thorough, although he didn't see the need for a ventilation vent which the installer thought was necessary. 3-bed semi was insulated in 2.5 hours by a single installer, who also installed the vent at no extra cost. Upper portion of the gable end wall was filled from the front and back, minimising the number of holes drilled. Fast and efficient service.See more
