I recently had Arc One install solar panels and batteries at my house. My experience in dealing with Arc One from initial consultation to post support was excellent. Both, Liam and Lee provided honest views to the right set up for my house and never pressured me in making a decision. Their quote was very competitive and they went the extra mile to ensure no questions were unanswered. The installation team (Ben, Mark and James) were pleasant and knowledgeable ensuring everything was fully working before leaving. James spent time in explaining how the system worked. I recently had Arc One install solar panels on my house, and it was a great experience. I chose Arc One because their quote was highly competitive, offering excellent pricing compared to others in the area, but also because they quickly gained my trust during our phone calls as they seemed knowledgeable, genuine, and not overly pushy trying to sell their product. Within a few weeks, the solar panels were installed. The installation team was prompt, efficient, and pleasant - within a day the system was up and running. Overall, I highly recommend Arc One for anyone in need of solar panels!

Initial consultation was good, I got all the info I needed. The Installer James, arrived first and discussed the job and that was fine. The main reason I got the battery because my Tariff expires next year, and I should save some extra money on my utility bills.

Very Happy with the Installation the team were great, beautiful handsome workmen! The office communicated well at all times I had to call them back with a small issue and they worked proactively to resolve it. My emails are always responded to promptly with clear answers. I will definitely recommend Arc One!
