The initial installation and panels were done quite quick and the system itself has been working well. The exception was a lack of option for bird netting and we now have several pigeons nesting beneath the panels. When it comes to paperwork or aftercare they did not provide any of the documentation with the system (no MCS certificate which is needed for your energy provider). They also did not inform the DNO which I believe is a legal requirement. I have not has any response from them since October 2023 and that was to tell me the agent I had previously been in discussion with had left the company.Their website has been suspended. Their phoneline has been disconnected. I think it quite likely they have gone bust.
The initial work was carried out well, however paper work incomplete so can't register with power company plus the battery has stopped working. Like other people I phoned and emailed without getting replies so I decided to visit them at the address registered, what a surprise, they had been evicted last winter according to reception leaving no forwarding address. No wonder we get no reply. What happens next?
stay away from this company, they installed our system in my house about 2 years ago, and it was nightmare from day one of installation one mess up after another mess up, i had at least 6 diffident installers come in before the job was "so called" done.now had a different company come over to resolve some burning electric smells coming from the eastron, which if we where away would of caused a fire, the company that came to fix it A.E.S. terrible work where shocked at the poor workmanship. im surprised that these frauds still have a company.
Quick installation in 2022 and they want their money straight away but the after care is none existent. Once you've paid forget about your warranty. They don't answer their telephones or emails or on line web forms. My batteries have stopped charging and they don't want to know. I've complained to HIES.
My rating is for aftercare. The initial design/supply/ installation in 2022 was quite good and the system worked fine and worth a rating of 5 . The initial support was fine but, from early 2023, they don't answer the phone or or respond to messages or emails. Presently I I have advised that my panels are not charging the batteries and they will not respond.
HiInitial instillation fine but not but trouble since.Took 3 months and several calls a week to get reconnected after a stone. I have emailed several times and raised a complaint. I am waiting on a refund on a panel which blew off my roof and my certificates for my energy company. This has been going on for two years. I get no replies to my email and no answer on the phone.

So we had panels and inverter / battery installed 2+ years ago. The install was fine and the panels worked well - BUT the after care then including getting the certificate was an absolute nightmare.Somewhat hesitantly I got back in touch in October 2023 to add another battery - Darryl responded almost immediately and after giving me all the info I needed about the new battery, he also responded to my questions about my previous experience. He was very frank and honest about the previous problems and what he had done to start to put things right.Since then, the extra batty has been installed and the after care has been good.If I had rated the company 2 years ago - would have been a poor rating because of the lack of response / after care.. but he seems to have made good inroads into that - fair play Darryl.
Absolutely disgraceful, I spent £14,000 having solar panels fitted on a house that is only seven years old. The flashings they have used appear to have deformed and now the roof is leaking.
No completion = no system. Unfortunately we have joined the long line of people who have an incomplete system from AES. Installed in May 2023 we have been ignored by the team ever since. All they need to do is file our system and send us the paperwork and a dongle so we can measure the system. Alas, no responses despite multiple requests. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is simple stuff to avoid by being professional and clearing the backlog of issues.***Update. AES has nowmade contact, so hopefully we will have a completion and can give a better review
