Shannon was extremely helpful, prompt in her responses. Over a period of time when my solicitors were doing nothing and were happy to say "I sent an email 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back" I emailed A Shade greener directly and Shannon gave me clear guidance as to what should be happening. She was far far more helpful than the actual conveyancers for both myself and seller.Excellent all round.

Ive beentrying to buy a house with these solar panels. It didn’t seem a problem at first . I was certainly cautious and when the sale got held up - a shade greener seemed to get blamed for being the delay. Eventually I asked them and they responded quickly to explain the problem which turned to not be them . So far been quite impressed by them

SCAM COMPANY. These reviews must be fake. Just check the google reviews which is at 1 star. Complete joke of a company. Just got hung up on trying to sort out an issue. No benefits received from the panels they installed. They just bind you to a 25 year term and take all the benefits from the panels. STAY CLEAR

Diane phoned myself up to inform me that my panels were not working ( which I had noticed myself) and explained to me what needed to be done to get them up and running again, but she also did it with professional assistance but also with a a very friendly attitude which is a rarity nowadays, well done again Diane.

I have had my roof replaced. Contacted shade greener about the solar panels removal. Very straight forward process. The office was very easy to deal with and the solar panel removal and reattaching excellent.

I was trying to buy a house with these solar panels. It didn’t seem a problem but it’s taken them over a month to lodge a variation of lease on the propertyEffectively they’ve made the house unsellable

Helen was very informative. She was able to answer my queries and gave good advice on how the solar panels worked and how to use them. Helen also followed this up with an email along with information regarding pest control (pigeons)

There was a problem with the readings taken by A SHADE GREENER they contacted me by email to tell me of the problem, they gave me step by step instructions to resolve the problem. When we did the instructions i rang them to let them know, the lady i spoke to was so helpful she went above and beyond to answer my questions.

A Shade Greener contacted us when our solar panels stopped producing energy. Appointment was made within a few weeks to come to have a look. Communication was excellent with the engineer Ricky and he arrived earlier than specified. Ricky was professional yet really friendly and wasn't too horrified when he saw our attick. Ricky gave us some great tips on how to get the best use out of out solar panels. New part was fitted in no time with no fuss or mess.See more
