We are really happy with everything about the work, from the initial online quotation tool through to completion.We'd had various quotes from BIG and local companies, however, these stood out with a good price and knowledge.There was a couple of small hiccups, but these were rectified straight away and this actually added to the overall satisfaction of the service.We'd be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Have used before to fit and service central heating boiler. No problems so decided to see if they would fix my noisy toilet. Said they'd arrive to fix next day between 1 and 3pm. Arrived at 1pm, the next day, fixed it and left. Polite, efficient service and toilet seems to be working without the noise. No complaints.

Likes: quick response, corrected straight away when things went wrong .The engineer took his time to service the boiler which I liked. He left the heating at high temperature, which didn't go down with my hand held controlling device. When I called and told them, he came straight away and accepted his mistake, but didn't put the hot water on. I had to call them again. He came in an hour and put everything right. Which I appreciate. Good service, quick response.

We have had a service contract with the company for over 20 years, when our Baxi Boiler broke down they were quick to identify the issue and carry out a timely repair. Both Connor and Bradley did a great job they are tidy and efficient.What more can you ask for.
