Installation team was quick and friendly, everything was explained. I would recommend this company to my family and friends and i have read the 1 star reviews and just to say people do make mistakes and what i have read the company has replied. I just think human beings are sad and like to exaggerate.Remember Rome was not built in a day.

In short - STAY AWAY FROM Vision2030. Quick to take money but offer little to no support service and constantly blame others for their own failures. A faulty install and its taken 18months to get a competent engineer to investigate the issue just to find the original install was incorrect. This resulted in my Solar energy being dumped into the grid, bypassing the meter. I think that may be illegal but anyway. I had zero benefit of going solar. Even after the mistakes were corrected, I still have an issue with the inverter transferring loads to the house rather than exporting and Vision2030 and Solis cannot update me on the issue. Vision2030 offered me compensation which I eventually accepted but over 3 weeks after accepting, I'm still waiting for Vision 2030 to send me an email or payment! Solis support is terrible at best. If you can, stay away from their products. They have zero interest in helping you. I could go on to show just how bad this company is but if you decide to go with them and have issues with the install and subsequent support, don't say you were not warned!!!

System installed and working for a couple of years and suddenly stopped working. Zero interest in supporting and determining fault. Had my money I guess so why would they botherForced into finding an alternative supplier.Promptly received news that the original installation was poorly completed. Bad wiring, incorrectly installed electrical safety and the wrong parts used.Had zero response from vision2030 when I reported it to them. Surprise!!Save yourself some money and have confidence by using a more reputable company who a. Belief in customer service after installation and b. Will ensure the work is of a sufficient quality Run a mile

From start to finish we received attentive and thoughtful service by the Vision2030 team. When considering which, of the many, providers to select for the installation, the personal contact, close attention to detail, competitive pricing, a clear time frame for completion and after sales support made the choice of vision2030 obvious. Aftersales has been impressive.

Good Team helpful every other company wanted to instal 12 panels only this company was able to get me 16 panels in amazing price highly recomended

Vision 2030 is very helpful company.We had our solar panels and four batteries installed by then .They have sorted any problems we have had. The work was done by very helpful workers ‘nothing was too much for them .I would recommend them to anyone

We have had our solar panels for just over a year. During the installation there were some technical issues due to some unsynced software updates with the batteries and panel. Vision 2030 were always very quick to reply and get someone out to help us. Once the issue was identified the system has been completely hands off and is working very well.

Vision 2030 prove to be a reliable supplier and installer. They kept their schedule and unlike reviews about other companies the necessary scaffolding was erected on time and removed immediately after the installation. The quotation I received was by no means the least expensive but I was impressed with the serious mindedness and professional attitude of the representative who called. He took time to take all the proper measurements rather than having a guess at them, again unlike some other representatives who called, and ultimately the installation has worked well. 15months later am genuinely satisfied and pleased with the service and the product.

I absolutely love our solar setup, I found the whole process to be very easy. The design and administrative team were very helpful and explained the technology in a clear and consise manner. The scaffolding team were also very good, they were both quick and clean and tidy. The solar installation team and electricians were also very good, they worked quickly and cleanly and were helpful in getting the system online. All in all we are really happy with the setup and service provided by Vision 2030. Thanks

Vision 2030 have organised the fitting of solar panels and battery. The fitters were thoughtful, thorough and careful throughout installation.

Friendly and helpful from the start, any small issues or query's only a phone call away and dealt with quickly.Very tidy installation from panels to mains interface, via inverter and battery. The operation and equipment all explained well and I'm pleased with the result.

If you present Vision20/30 with a request for a solar system that is not “run of the mill” - they diligently research and only when they are sure the system will perform as intended do they commit and install.A first class service. Well done.

Once they have your money not interested in any problems . Bird netting feel down was promised it would be sorted time and time again after 6 months someone came in pouring rain healthy and safety out the window climbing on the roof . 4 months later it's all falling off again . More promises of repair. Having to look to another contractor to come and fit it properly. Would not recommendin answer to your reply it was the summer months that you didn't do anything sending some one in October when the weather was bad . And as you have mentioned money, it is going to cost £600 to remove the old mesh and clean the bird mess from under the panels before properly fitting new mesh .you at no point gave us a date. You talked about sending one man and a ladder which you did the first time in the pouring rain , health and safety went out the window.See more

We do not recommend Vision 2030.One panel could not be fitted on installation, and as yet have still not been given our money back.We had nowhere suitable inside to put batteries, so they told us they could go outside, with a cover to stop the rain getting in. Months later, when they broke down, even though we put a better cover on them than recommended.When the battery engineer arrived, said they should never have been fitted outside, even with a cover over them.Four months later we have not had any replacements, although they we still under guarantee.Communications with them have been shocking.We are losing money every day.See more
