Andy and Dave were excellent from start to finish. The initial survey ensured the least disruptive battery location and cable runs. The quote was honest and transparent. The installation was of the highest quality. And Andy also came back out to fix a problem due to the inverter design (not the installation itself) within a couple of days of me reporting it. The whole team were excellent, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Trust came through a recommendation and provided a clear and transparent service from start to finish, from initial contact, site survey and final installation and commissioning was handled by the same people (thanks Dave and Andy- great job). On site work was completed with minimal mess or disruption with the team working safely, tidily and efficiently - even the scaffolding company did a brilliant job.After installation support has been good with questions being promptly answered.

Having sought several quotes and spoken to a few companies, I decided to go with Trust Renewables for solar panels and a home battery. A good experience from start to finish. Andy was able to provide good honest advice which helped greatly with the research in what would be the right option for us, a good competitive quote all finished off with solid neat and tidy work. Really pleased that they didn't just present us with a 'we install this kit' approach, lots of options available. Also good to know that they install panels in parts of the country where the wind likes to blow so confidence that the panels will stay on the roof. All in all, would recommend to family, friends and everyone else.

Contacted Trust Renewables as I had a problem with an odd noise coming from solar system. Andy Barrow went above and beyond to assist us with Solving a problem, even though we never got the solar panels from his company in the first place. Nice to come across such integrity and honest. I ordered an additional battery for my solar system from Trust Renewables in August last year. However due to micro-chip shortages the battery delivery was delayed. Andy and his team kept me up to date on delivery. When the battery arrived the installation was completed without any issues.Thank You Trust Renewables - great work.

Very trustworthy excellent service would highly recommend

After a problem with the solar panel equipment which we have had fitted for a number of years we contacted Trust Renewables Ltd who were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.A callout was quickly arranged with Andy and an engineer arrived at the date/time arranged, he diagnosed the problem and Trust Renewables had a part on order same day which was able to be fitted a couple of days later. Altogether we have had a very good, friendly and efficient service from Trust Renewables Ltd and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
