I recommend MMHG. My system has been live a few weeks and generating 3x-4x my average needs. I outlined my priorities and worked with them, in general I upped their suggested specs.I don't have the ideal roof it's an east west pitched roof so I get more than I need in summer and nothing in winter unless it's cloudy to get ambient light, so for me a larger inverter and battery mattered.The electricians were excellent, highly professional. The site survey "sold" me based on prior experience and thoroughness. The roofer who installed the panels really knew his business.The only negative was the scaffolder and I've made it clear that's where they need to choose better.There was a small error not MMHG fault in the delivered items they fixed it in 1 day showing a strong customer focus.

I had a very good good experience with make my house green solar panels for quoting, very useful that they give an estimate online first and then a design call which was very constructive. Their price was competitive but I have not yet finalise the process so can't comment on installation and post installation leels of service.

Advertise 10 panel systems at one low price and when you talk to the designers/solar consultants the price all of sudden increases by £3k. I feel the advertising is very mis-leading!!

Seb and his team were informative and very knowledgable and didnt try to push us into making any decisions.Also the price for their solar power sytem was very competitive and their attention to detail with our unusual house layout was fantastic. Finally, they always answered the phone really quickly - no "Your call is important to us, you are held in a queue and will be answered shortly" nonsense. I always got straight through.

So far great experience, had my consultation with Fin and everything was clearly explained and the calculations matched expectations. This was the 4th company I contacted for quotation and came back with a very competitive offer which we went for.

Very clear explanation of every aspect of the quote process. Full details on assessing each component to allow consideration. From end to end there was no hard sell & any decisions completely with us. Very happy!

Great company to work with from start to finish, from initial consultation where they explained all the options and potential benefits, through to the install that was done in a day and a half. The whole process was done and dusted in just a few weeks. We're now almost self-sufficient from our solar power. As someone who was always eco conscious but previously worried about the cost, I'd say don't hold yourself back. Having solar fitted is an absolute no brainer and Make My House Green are the best people to help you on your journey.

Leonie turned up on time, was well briefed and well prepared. We had a good and open discussion about the pros and cons of solar for us. She actively listened to our questions and had constructive answers. We found her knowledgeable and engaging. She promised to summarise our meeting and send a proposal for us to consider by the end of the day which she did.

I continually get unsolicited marketing emails from this company, despite unsubscribing numerous times. I sent a complaint asking them to manually remove my details which has been ignored, so even if I was considering solar panels, would I use them - NO. They are a menace.

Everything was managed & installed excellently but your accounts system is woeful. My initial invoices had grossly incorrect dates, a £400 payment escaped your attention and I had to repeatedly chase SEG documents after payment.

Utter useless. They provided batteries that won't charge and not fit for purpose. Finally got them to agree to send someone out (after they left a broken solar crumbling panel on site and didn't seem to think / know / be bothered to collect it). A date was agreed. The electrician called to say he couldn't do the agreed date, I offered an alternative, the electrician said I'll come back to you and has never been heard from again. Chased them up, repeatedly asked for my availability (seemingly from now until the end of time), given them many options and still nothing set. Now they turn round and say I have to pay in advance for the visit, to check the batteries that they supplied that haven't worked in months and not fit for purpose, when a charge for the visit was never mentioned when the visit was first scheduled in. My only conclusion is their after sales service is appalling, they don't care about you once they have done the installation and good luck with the equipment working.

I have very good experience using MakeMyHouseGreen as part of Santander trusted partner. I will also receive some cashback as part of the Greener home scheme. So make sure you do some research before hand. The installation was super easy and quick. Overall experience communication was superb as they can work around your days.
