My solar system was installed this morning, I changed my dates twice but not once did Manan Shah complain about me messing them about.Very professional staff were sent to me and they completed the works efficiently and to my satisfaction. Outstanding experience & hassle-free installation of 16 solar panels and 10Kw system by a friendly owner who went out of his way to accommodate my requests. I came across this website on check a trade and spoke to Manan who was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. He ensured all the information was provided to me and also took my call on a number of occasions to answer all my queries. I was also quoted significantly competitive price in comparison to other quotes I had from other companies. All the people involved were brilliant - dedicated, knowledgeable, professional, competent and equally important, friendly and helpful. The equipment is excellent (I am a professor in Electronic and Electrical Engineering) and the installation has exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to the electrician who started early in the day and stayed late at night to finish the installation in a day. Through his ingenuity, he also incorporated our existing solar cells in the app. I thoroughly recommend Solar4Good to anyone considering solar cells or solar cells and battery.

I truly appreciated working with Solar4good. Right from the start, Rahi was incredibly responsive and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the whole process. Although I eventually chose a competitor—mainly because of their unique panels—it wasn’t due to any shortcomings on Solar4good’s part.The £100 was refunded within minutes, but what had initially really drawn me to them was how incredibly competitive their pricing was. Turned up on time on the day of installation, all the way to North Wales! Installation went smoothly and everything was neat and tidy. The solar batteries were left free standing, so I constructed a bracket to stop these falling over in the wind. Understandably I think the installation team were getting tired after a 3am start. Arranged with Rahi to get the scaffolding removed quickly. The solar system is producing nearly 70% of our electricity needs even in March. A great result! We will be adding more panels and batteries when possible and will be using Solar4Good.See more

Rahi was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to my enquiries into having solar panels fitted. He answered his phone and on each occasion was friendly polite and very helpful even remembering me and my previous enquiries and happy to help wherever possible!

I reported an issue with my PV solar system and received prompt responses. Although the fault appeared to have corrected itself it reoccurred and I was most impressed with the response from Edward McKay at Solar4Good. He sent two engineers the next day and they sorted everything, resetting the system and ensuring my monitoring app was working properly. The original installation was done well, on time and neatly installed with the minimum of disruption. I would recommend the company wholeheartedly to anyone considering installing solar panels.

He was super knowledgeable and completely transparent about costs and equipment choices—even advising against a battery when it wasn’t necessary. The whole process was quick and efficient, from planning and site survey to installation. The team was professional throughout. We did have a minor issue with the inverter not reading grid values, but this was likely due to our old meter rather than their fault. Everything was carefully explained, the cost was competitive and the system was then skilfully installed with panels facing both south and east. We were supported throughout in terms of understanding the technological benefits, and given building regulations and equipment guarantees. Follow-up support was friendly and generous. Professional, Supportive, and Great Service I had a great experience with Solar4Good. During the initial survey, they identified some issues with my main supply, which caused a delay in the installation. However, Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout, guiding me through the challenges and ensuring I understood the necessary steps. The installation team, led by Lewis, was excellent. Although there was a delay due to the scaffolding going up later than expected (which I believe was a third-party issue), the installation itself went very smoothly. Lewis took the time to explain the pros and cons of different installation locations, ensuring I could make an informed decision. After the installation, he returned to commission the system and was extremely flexible with his availability. He also made himself available for any questions I had post-installation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the installation and the customer service I received from Solar4Good. Despite some delays, their professionalism and support made the process straightforward and stress-free.

We had panels, an inverter and batteries fitted. The workers were all polite. The work was done quickly, but to a good standard. Even now nearly 2 years on, and I've changed phones, and lost my app. Credentials, they bent over backwards to sort me out.

Added two additional batteries to my current installation. All went very smoothly and now getting the benefit of additional storage from night time charging from the grid plus daytime solar.

The follow-up support from their customer service team has been brilliant and we have been helped with the SEG arrangement with our energy supplier. The system has proved to be highly efficient, we have added an EV charger to our domestic usage, and everything has been running trouble free.
