Very easy to deal with them and they were very considerate during the installation to keep the impact of the work to a minimum. The did a very good job both here and at 2 of our other businesses.We are seeing very good savings on our electricity bills and have plans to use them to install PV at other sites soon.

NGS has provided an exemplary service from first enquiry to completed installation.Were on holiday on the installation day so left the keys with them.Returned to a very clean house and garage. Equipment is neatly installed in the garage.Solar output is exactly as forecast.Have no hesitation in recommending NGS for solar power.

Overall very happy with the experience! Peter was very responsive and helpful during the design stage to specify a system that suited us and clear with the timescales to get the parts delivered and work done. The work itself was completed very efficiently and neatly with minimal interruption to us. Once completed they have been monitoring the system and have checked back with us to ensure everything is working as intended. Fantastic service all round.

A great experience from initial contact to the final sign off. Peter replied to my emails (and there were a lot of them) with straightforward and polite answers.Once the system was chosen, dates were clearly communicated and adhered to perfectly.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys, and if I ever need more solar panels installing I will be straight back to them.

I couldnt be more pleased with the Installation of our solar system and battery. Next Generation is run my Andrew and Peter who provided a faultless service from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the process with all my questions answered. Workmanship is 100% with care taken to make the install as tidy and unobtrusive as possible. The whole team are friendly and genuinely care about providing the best service. You might pay a bit more than some big nationwide companies but I am pleased we chose Next Generation as everything has been done correctly and we have had superb after sales support. So far our system has performed better than I expected despite being October.
