Empower were great from start to finish. Initially i had quotes from three providers. Their surveyor, Rob, provided a written quote, backed up by a video explaining the renderings and how it would all look, they quickly followed up by a site visit where we agreed where everything would fit and more importantly, how we could future proof our installation for expansion if we do desire. Booking us in was easy and painless and communication was outstanding throughout. We agreed a date, were told that scaffolding would go up three days before and would be taken down 3 days after. Everything ran to time and sure enough we were clear of scaffolding within 8 days from start to finish. The installation was conducted over two days and was done in a tidy and professional manner. It is rare to get a company who does exactly what they say at every stage, but Empower delivered and we were left really impressed and with a fully working and installed solar system and battery.

Have been working with Empower for over 12 years now. They installed our first 50kWp system at G W Martin in 2013 which did exactly what they promised. They've since expanded it to a 240kWp system which now provides over 30% of our factory's annual electricity.They've also done a great job upgrading our domestic system to 8kW and added a battery. Would strongly recommend.

The work was planned well, we were given all helpful information, and carried out efficiently.

Great service for the solar installation from start to finish. The initial survey was very clear and we were kept updated. The installation team came as planned and completed the work within 48 hours.

We had a 20 panel and battery installation from another firm installed in January 2024. It had never worked properly due to a poor electrician. I called Empower and Rob turned up. Rob was knowledgable, courteous and listened to the issues. Most importantly he found and solved the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Empower. Robert Golden

Excellent job by Maciej who both helped change over all the devices for a new WiFi set up and services and sorted out a small problem he found in the meter wiring.

You get the personal touch from the MD, Planner/coordinator and the install team.I had my original panels and battery installed about 6 years ago from Empower and I didn’t even think of any other company when I needed some panels re-sighting due to an extension.Just perfect all the way through and did a fantastic job.I would not look anywhere else. Great service from Empower from start to finish. Super happy with my solar panels and battery. Highly recommend the company. If there was any improvements that could be made would be to conduct quotation appointments on Saturdays, to accommodate more people.
